Currently been sitting in the drive-through line since 721 and it’s 7:55 in. This is what the employees do instead of getting your food. Absolutely ridiculous don’t waste your time coming to this location. Every time the bowl isn’t mixed right toppings aren’t put on right and it takes A ridiculous amount of time. I could’ve sat down at a five star restaurant at this point.
Up date it’s now 8 and they made my order wrong and than had an a horrible time when asked to fix it and told me I could be respectful.

Normally smoothie king is great, just went through the drive through after ordering a smoothie bowl and what I received was wild. Instead of “hazelnut drizzle”, like advertised, I got an absurd amount of hazelnut that completely covered the whole top layer of the bowl. A little overpowering if you ask me, and the presentation is horrible compare to how it normally is.

Really disappointed with my first visit. The staff was overly pushy with upselling and rushed me through the ordering process. I ended up being overcharged for items I never asked for, even after they confirmed my order. Save your time and money—there are much better options nearby.

My husband, kids and I frequently enjoy this smoothie king. Normally it’s great until tonight! We received our smoothies and started to drive home. My husband started choking on something. He pulled the paper receipt out of his mouth. He sucked it up through the straw. It was blended in with his smoothie. We turned around and went inside and asked to speak with a manager as this is a health concern. What if my 1.5 year old received this and started choking? The employee stated there isn’t a manager to talk to and that she didn’t make them. She stated the other employees were new. As I’m addressing my concern one of the other employees started laughing. Disgusted.

I placed an order at the drive thru for a smoothie bowl. When I was handed the bowl it had a spoon laying on the lid and the employee handed it to me that way also. As we were exchanging from her to me she was not aware that the there was not a good grip on her end as she was handing it to me which caused my grip to be unstable also. So it dropped to the ground. She said to someone else in the store that “she dropped it” and closed the window. So I sat there thinking that they were making me a new bowl. Wrong I if I wanted another bowl I had to pay for a new one. I was not offered any compensation. The manager of the store would not give me her name. I explained that the situation was not just a one sided accident. Poor customer service…my granddaughter visits the store a couple mornings a week. These bowls are 14.00 to the customer I wonder I much it costs them to make one .

Going to really honest. We frequently visit this Smoothie King. The quality is pretty good most of the time. Every now and an again it’s not the best but that’s ok, everyone has bad days. Unfortunately, their customer absolutely sucks. I have only had one good experience with the service. Continue to go despite of because we like the smoothie bowls

Visited on 10/3 young lady scanned my app to pay. She insisted that the payment didn’t go through so she scanned my app again charging me twice. She told me there were no managers on duty and gave me a number to call the next day. The number didn’t work. I went in on 10/5 and a different young lady said the phone lines weren’t working and no manager on duty. I left behind my name and number no one called. At this point I’m just disappointed and also there needs to be a person on staff other than the manager who can perform refunds.

This place is honestly a hit or miss. I went through the drive thru, ordered one smoothie. Got to the window, what you order again? Told them, still got it wrong. Turned around and went back, this time I went in. They make me a new one, it was WORSE than the first lol. My kitchen sink drank it. I can’t win. No manager on deck just some kids who hopefully speak. Gotta do better with the training on making drinks. At least taste it off a sample or something.

Whoever is working the window today needs to be let go. She had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She completely messed up the order. Had us pay then we sat in the drive through for about 7 minutes waiting. Asked us what our order was then asked if we payed for the food. She needs to learn the menu and also needs to speak louder and more clear when taking orders. I would give this store a 0 if I could. You need to hire better employees because this is an embarrassment to your company.

Well, I had got a random delivery to my front porch and try to see who it’s from try to reach out to the number that’s on here and I can’t get through to anybody. I did not order that kind of creeps me out. Just want to know where it’s from.
