Mac and cheese chicken bowl was terrible. No flavor, pasta was hard and they melted some mozzarella cheese (at least I think) on top. Also, the wings too salty. Harold’s in name only and not quality of food. Need to eliminate some of the menu to focus more on the quality of food. Took chicken nuggets out of bowl but they were not good either.

I just received my order from this place via DOOR DASH. I didn’t like the way my order arrived. It wasn’t properly secured. It arrived in a regular place bag. The aluminum food foil wasn’t on the food it had been pushed back off it as if the Door Dashed Person had eaten out of it.

They used to be good now they are nasty. My mom called about her food which was still warm btw since the large Mexican girl wanted to think it was cold. That catfish crumbled up like dust!!! My shrimp was overcooked and she didn’t want to give me a refund but gave a refund on the fish. No I brought back everything but it’s ok I’ll try to corporate number but I’ll dispute with my bank. I’m going to give Harlods another try when I come back. I didn’t taste much of the seasoning on my wings and fish. They have a really good strawberry lemonade in the cutest little jugs

I used to be a regular here in the mid 80’s when I lived in Hyde Park. Loved the hot chicken with fries and hot sauce poured all over the chicken and fries. Brought back great memories 40 years later to see it was still here and same great taste.

This place was recommended for their chicken. My husband really enjoyed it and said it was seasoned well and worth the try. Was not my jam, so I cannot say much, I had chicken fingers! Husband had thighs and legs. The juice in the jug was delicious.
