Just ordered a strawberry hulk, then proceeded to inquiry why it looked like vanilla. Both cashiers proceeded to assure me it was strawberry when I’ve never received a white strawberry hulk in years of ordering one. Then proceeded to tell me it doesn’t require strawberries, just strawberry powder and that I don’t need to have an attitude. There is no strawberry or strawberry powder in my drink after their rude behavior and having paid my money. This is all after a long line, no working intercom and a litany of other inconveniences…

Small location. Quick drive-thru. There was no wait. Good customer service. Waited 2 minutes for my smoothie to be made at most. Ordered a small Caribbean way. Feel to the top which is a blessing.

Very nice service. The lady was very pleasant, took my order, and very little wait time. I had the Peanut Power Plus with chocolate. I ordered a medium and was told it was Friday and would be a discount. I love nice surprises so thank you Smoothie King. You did a great job today.

Went here and ordered an Açaí berry bowl and it is terrible. I can tell that it was sitting in the freezer. It is hard and has ice in it. NOTHING smooth about it. Defeats the point of even going here. Super disappointed that I wasted my money.

It’s a walk up or drive thru style Smoothie King. The two people working inside were quick and nice. Our smoothies were delicious and I think it’s cool because it’s not something you’d expect to be there and it’s really convenient. My kids dentist is nearby and we walked over and back before my oldest finished his appointment

Placed an order online this morning to pick up on my way to work. Order was to be ready at 7:17 a.m. it is now 7:22 a.m. and no one is here. Cars are waiting in line but no staff is here. Definitely will NOT be returning here and hopefully there are no issues with getting a refund. I should have read the reviews prior to coming and I would have seen all the red flags! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. It is now 7:25 a.m. and none is still here.

The owner or manager is always so pleasant but the other staff not so much. I ordered a smoothie and was given a small cup on Friday now when the manager runs the drive through he always asks me if I want the 32 oz which is also plastered on the drive through window. My smoothie was missing key ingredients , I guess they thought I did not notice it. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Manager please refrain your staff on customer service and also how to make a correct smoothie

The staff is trying their best and have been great despite not having a speaker system that works. They’d be even greater if the speaker system worked so that service was even quicker and the line wouldn’t wrap around. Ed (his name was on my receipt) was friendly, kind, and remembered my order from when he came out to ask for it and when Layla gave it to me, she too was kind. Great customer service.

To anyone complaining about the service, remember to give grace and that kindness receives kindness. They are providing a service, you don’t have to talk down to them or treat them less than. Kindness goes a long way.

To the owner, get that speaker fixed. I’ve been coming for a while and have been told it was getting fixed for months. Do better by your employees and customers.

Always inconsistent. I could look at my smoothie and tell it was wrong. Tried calling no answers. Couldn’t wait another 20 min in line to tell them again it’s wrong. Time to find a different smoothie place smh. Asked for a berry punch and got something with banana.

We frequent this establishment regularly because this is the only Smoothie King in the City of Smyrna, GA; however, the leadership (owner and management) clearly don’t understand the meaning of quality customer service.

We consistently place mobile orders AFTER this location is supposed to be open; for example, today, Sun 7/18/23, we placed an order at 10:30 am for pickup at 10:50 am, and even though this location was supposed to be open at 10 am, we arrived at 11 am to pick-up our two small smoothies, yet there was no one here. Worst of all, we were one of 6 cars that are also here, waiting for their mobile orders.

Additionally, when we do place mobile orders, we usually have to wait 30+ minutes to receive our order, regardless of the pick-up time per the mobile order. And finally, to make matters worse, when we do rarely place our orders in person, we’ve had to wait as much as 66 minutes (1 hour and 6 minutes) before receiving order.

The staff does their best, but the issue is clearly poor ownership and/or management, given that choose to often staff one person at a time to operate the two drive-thru windows and one pick-up window.

We came back at 1:00 pm to pick up our order from earlier today, Sun 7/18/23, for pick-up at 10:45 am, we waited 47 minutes to receive our two small orders, and there were nine cars, in addition to ours, and two customers at the walk-up pick-up window here at this time — with only one staff member.

Do better ownership and management. Pay your employees more, train them better, and set them up for success, not failure, by staffing more and showing you care.

As a former restaurant general manager for five years, I know this establishment could do so much business with at least 4-6 staff on hand at all times—as most other Smoothie King locations do.

The picture is of the note I left for them at 11 am when no one was here an hour after they were supposed to be open.
