literally could have gone to Costco and purchased seven pizzas and been much happier. Took quite some time to get the meal, and then the server we got was horribly unfriendly. I don’t like to complain, but this is my third bad meal and probably the last time I’m going.
So we went here being locals about 2 years ago when it just opened and it was phenomenal because the owner was roaming around.
Since that time over the last two years we have gone twice because the service was entirely terrible along with the food.
horrible long wait times and rude staff and the food was awful.
Then about a week ago we got takeout unfortunately and the blue cheese salad dressing made two of us sick by the next day.
We clarified it was blue cheese because only the two of us that ate the salad with blue cheese got sick
And took us out of work and school the next day.
Needless to say we have no intention to going anytime soon and I highly encourage you to smell test check the food as best you can we didn’t notice it either until the next day.

This was a tremendous experience everything we hoped it would be and more as we’re past customers of the other Smoky Mountains so we had high expectations for this location.
We certainly were not disappointed. we met the owner John and so glad we did, nice friendly personal man very enjoyable to speak with and took such good care of everybody in his establishment and even brought out a chocolate cake for our daughter’s 8th birthday as she chose Smoky Mountain for dinner tonight.
As locals we come to love the Smoky Mountain restaurants and we all have our particular favorites we were so glad to learn from talking to John and in our experience that he did not make any undo changes to spoil what we were expecting from the other great locations.
The food and service was absolutely fabulous we couldn’t have expected or ask for better, everything was on time punctual and hot when it arrived.
Must say the owner John really went above and beyond and setting this location up it looks great, feels great, it’s comfortable, it’s enjoyable to be in the atmosphere and while we were there he took such great care of us what a great host we really appreciated him.
Even with so many people in the restaurant and seven of us in our party we are still able to carry on normal conversation as the decor in the room and set up of the booths didn’t allow for it to be an echo chamber.
This location really does live up to the Smoky Mountain expectations and I would recommend it to anyone as we look forward to going back. Really quite well done.
You can see my original post below still, however I wanted to update Kuna on my interaction on Thursday. I called a bit after 1pm and asked to speek to the general manager. I was put on the phone with someone that said they were. I will not post the name they gave me because I don’t want any hate or fallout toward any one individual. I explained what had happened to me and told him that there were photos on the kuna must know page. I was told that I was over reacting and they questioned the authenticity of the photos. They said I already gave me the spaghetti for free because of the mix up with the Thai rolls. He also said that they didn’t even need to do that because it was not their fault. He made it seem like I was just trying to cause problems and get free food. Firstly I never asked for a refund, gift card or any kind of credit. I just wanted to bring their attention and allow them to make necessary changes to try and win back some customers. If I wanted my money back I would have just done a charge back like so many people suggested in the comments below.
I have no idea why a business would treat a customer this way. It is a true shame that they think they can treat customers like trash and there will not be any consequences.
There are around 25 thousand people part of this group and hundreds have commented or reacted to this post.
I hope this post can just help to inform the public and allow to make educated decisions before spending their hard earned money on something that to so many is luxury like going out dinner.

We have eaten food from Smokey Mountain in Kuna 3 times. All 3 times the order was around $150. Tonight we ordered a large To go order and it markes the last time we will ever eat from there. The one thing we were looking forward to was the Thai rolls. We were told that we had ordered the last ones but they had exploded in the fryer. I understand stuff happens but the way they handled it and the condescending attitude the manager and person at the front counter had was unacceptable. I ordered baked spaghetti and a pizza to replace the Thai rolls. The meal was a total disaster. The Brie bites were missing the sauce they are suppose to come with. The spaghetti had bearly any sauce on it. They completely forgot our order of spinach and artichoke dip. The Sonoma chicken had barely any chicken and was greasy. The worst was the lasagna looked like a disgusting pile of sauce in a container and was cold in the middle but the edges were scalding hot. Quite obvious that whoever was in the kitchen microwaved it and sent it. I an not a picky person but I do expect to get what I pay for. Kuna has so few restaurants that this is unacceptable. I am attaching pictures of what they called lasagna and spaghetti. Just those 2 dishes were $35 by themselves. This is not something that will come as a shock to most. Anyone who has eaten at Smokey Mountain knows it is not a cheap restaurant. I know that the restaurant could probably care less about my complaint or opinion. I am posting this here just so other residents of Kuna can make an informed decision before spending their hard earned money on dismal food served by a staff that treats you like it is a special gift to be in their presence.
Oh, the food. White cloud za; sweet crunchy candied bacon burger. Recommend both!!
