I have eaten at the Smoke Shack a dozen times and I have always been very happy with the service and the food. I have met the owner and he’s very friendly. Have eaten prime rib at at least 20 – 30 other places and found this to be the best. Not to mention all the other items on the menu. Certainly the best steak house/BBQ place I’ve ever been to! Service is great and the environment is great with all the memorabilia on the walls. Very happy!

I have been coming here for ten years or so and this will be my last time. The service was so bad I just paid for my nasty meal and left. There was one waitress for 20+ people so naturally the waitress brought the wrong drink and brought the wrong food. She asked how everything was and just kept walking away before I could tell her my meal was incorrect. Had to go up to the register to pay. I will simply never go there again. Also had to park next to a dumpster that reaked of poop. I know it’s warsaw but I expect a tiny bit more at a restaurant. I tried to tell the waitress it was a bad experience for both of us but she scurried off. Very poor management.

Consistently good bbq, great smoked prime rib. Sides are good as well, with a fresh side salad, tasty beans, and excellent black pepper fries.

Loved the look of the place. Ribs were very good. Hot sauce wasn’t as hot as I hoped but still good. Will visit again.
