My wife tried the Southern Fried Cauliflower; nice and crispy, but it could’ve used a bit more flavour. Still, overall, a really good meal and definitely worth a stop if you’re craving BBQ in Frankenmuth.

The food was amazing. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff made us feel so welcome and were incredibly accommodating with kids in our group.
The atmosphere is such a great mix of fun and relaxed, and it’s definitely family-friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate such special milestones. Highly recommend!
We got a platter so we could sample what they have to offer. It consisted of ribs, wings, poutine, Mac n Cheese, beans, cornbread and some pickled onions and cucumber.
The platter was $53.
The wings were great…a dry rub we would definitely eat these again and enjoyed them.
The ribs were fall-off the bone…so cooked tenderly and I would eat them again (my guy wasn’t fussy on them or the sauce).
The beans were just ok.
The poutine came …but it was just fries, so we had to ask to get the poutine it was supposed to come with. It came to us fairly speedily so the service is great….but the fries….no bueno.
They were aggressively seasoned with something I did not care for at all.
The seasoning did not pair well with cheese curds and gravy and the fries on their own were not enjoyable due to whatever heavy seasoning they put on there.
The Mac n cheese had real cheese on top…so that was a win.
The cornbread… definitely not recommended. First of all, it was teeny tiny. Secondly, it wasn’t flavorful. Third, it had the texture of a brick house. Dense, dense, dense and not at all enjoyable.
Our waitress was fun and interactive and the poutine error was fixed quickly so service is a 4.
The atmosphere was great and they do things like trivia on Mondays which I thought was fun so that gets a 4* too.
We ordered drinks from the bar…the mixed berry sangria was refreshing and beer was beer!
All in all, the experience was okay but I’m not sure it was great value for your dollars.
The food was amazing: we devoured their smoked poutine, brisket, pulled beef, mac & cheese, Caesar salad, chicken tenders, wings, cauliflower bites, and slaw. Everything was packed with flavour, cooked perfectly, and served hot.
The vibe is super chill and rustic — great for families and groups. Service was friendly, portions were generous, and we all left happy and full. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or even planning a little detour from Niagara!
Had to chuckle at the reviewer who had this meal and complained that the corn bread is small. Imagine getting a plate this large for two people and complaining about the bread portion. No wonder we have an obesity problem.
