Best DQ within 100 miles. Owner really cares about the quality. The employees also seen to have pride in their work too. I found an order of two burger combo’s were 10% cheaper than the other locations i have tried.

Dairy Queen out here in Charleston kind of by itself. But it was a welcome site. Staff was friendly and efficient and whipped up my strawberry milkshake lickety-split. The shake it so many strawberries in and I could hardly use a straw. Not complaining though topped off with rich creamy whipped cream. It was perfect for my diet. The dining room is fairly small and compact but they have a convenient drive-through.

The pro lem i experienced was fries that were partially cooked and near raw.
And my fries had no salt on them.
Fries are alit more fun when they are fully cooked and have salt pn them.
I believe there is room for improvement at this restaurant

The ice creams taste really good same for the fries and very long wait time in the Drive-Thru and it took about 5 minutes approximately and the service experience was good the service in offerings for excellent except for the service which is the driveway being long the drive-thru experience is mid and the service is long especially if it’s crowded

This is by far the best Dairy Queen! I will bypass one that’s closest to my house just to come to this one because the blizzards are always amazing and thick they actually flip them. Customer Service is always five stars and they’re always quick and it’s a very clean inside.

Amazing service! Best Dairy queen we have ever been! We arrived late on a Saturday night (9pm) after driving for 6 hours. We ordered food for essentially 3 families (6 adults and 3 kids) with treats of course. The order was repeated to a “T”. The staff was friendly and kept a smile the whole time. I cant say enough of how awesome this crew did. Thank you!

On vacation here a couple months ago and went a couple times and had very nice people there. Been to many different locations since and the Superman Blizzard has not tasted as good as the one I’ve had in the DQ near coos bay.

My old concerns about this location have been addressed under the new owner. The food is even good again. The old staff that was a problem with poor customer service has been removed or corrected thanks to the amazing new owner. I highly recommend giving this location a shot again. Not only is the food nice, your concerns with service or food will be addressed and if not the owner will handle it as soon as they can. This makes my experience a 100% satisfaction vs the old normal we all grew to know.
