Most of the time this store is very good. But this is just unacceptable to me. I don’t get my burrito, my quesadilla was smashed all the way to the bottom of it wrapper. Cheesy Gordita crunch had no lettuce like I asked for once but no sauce and little to no meat. Overall the rest of my order looked like it was thrown in the trash. Tried calling twice and no answer. Come on do better

Wrong items, poor service, out of food item. Went to this location today to order Cantina chicken Items I had ordered from the app. I picked up my items and left. When I checked the items I saw that they did not appear to be Cantina items as they did not have the cabbage in them and seemed smaller than the items I have recently got at 2 other nearby locations. I returned to the location and said that I did not get what I had ordered and that they appeared to possibly be regular chicken tacos. There was no cabbage in them for starters. She then replied that they were out of the cabbage. I asked for a refund and was told since I had ordered online they could not give me a refund and I had to “do it online” they could not give me directions on how. Not sure why they are charging people for items when they don’t have all the ingredients. I have had this issue at this location before.

Everytime I get anything from this location the cheese ain’t melted down and everything’s just kinda thrown together it’s VERY obvious I don’t kno it’s just the only location I’ve ever got food like that from we got a quesadilla and cantina taco in r order both the cheese wasn’t melted we were already home so we just delt with it at home just aggy cause the whole reason for fast food is to have fast convient atleast ok food and the food just wasn’t even ok made me loose my WHOLE appetite im just not going to give this location my business anymore witch is aggy cause I use to love Taco Bell but this location done ruined my appetite for Taco Bell in general lol.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant but this location is kind of sad. The staff seem like there’s no routine or order and that’s not their fault. They tell us to pull up to the front and i wait for a good minute for a young gentlemen to come outside with a bag and seemed confused. he didn’t even know what was in the bag and asked us what we ordered. And forgot my drink.
This time around i ordered a nacho fry and a cantina chicken bowl. they were out of rice, the fries were filled barely halfway and this was what i received. it was all kind of cold too. 🙁

They say you taste with your eyes first, this says “I’m not really hungry!”. It always means a lot to me if my food is assembled well, then the person cares about what they are doing. The window service was less than friendly, no thank you, the food looked like a 3 year old made it.

So I figured out why we do not spend our hard earned money at the Taco Bell in Franklin KY. I don’t eat beans or lettuce. So I ordered a 8 dollar nacho bell grande no bean and no joke they put two little pieces of their fake meat! I ordered no lettuce on my taco and I had 2 inches of shell ( I will post a pic) but you guys probably already know! I don’t understand Taco Bell thought process ??? Maybe it’s take what money you can while they can??? I will never go back to the one in Franklin KY! I know why we go to the Mexican restaurant! It’s the same amount and getting a big portions! Go to the Mexican restaurant!!! Spend that time getting better food!!

I went inside because the line at the drive-thru was so long. I ordered on the kiosk on the inside and my order was ready pretty fast. When I went to leave one of the employees held the door open for me and offered to help me to the car since I use the portable oxygen machine. The restrooms and everywhere that I saw was very clean and all the employees were very professional. I would recommend them to friends and family.
