If you’re in Yazoo Mississippi and looking for some off the wall barbecue come see Henry. Nice dry rubbed smoked ribs, the smoke chicken has a nice smoke flavor to and the meat just falls off the bones. The bake beans are the best I ever had next to my Grandmas. Potato Salad had nice texture and flavor was all balanced. Relatively a new place, but Henry not new to barbecue and smoking meat. He has trophies to show his expertise and experience. Go there and make your own reviews. Fresh, hot, and nice balance of smoke and seasoning.

Dont’ miss this place great bbq. And i have had some at some of the best places in kc and texas and this was as good as any of them. This is just a lunch trailer with smoker and a few pick nick tables. When I got thier all he had left was bbq ribs, beans and potato salad. The ribs were meaty not to fatty, juicy tender and the rub and smoke was so good I did not need any sauce. Glad I tried it. I have traveled all over U. S. and tried ribs every where and these definitely are as good as any I have had.

I travel this state and go to all the mom and pop places for lunch when I’m in the field working. I found it on google and couldn’t wait. I went right over to find 3 guys playing dominos outside on a picnic bench. I knew this was the place for me. I ordered the rip plate and the owner hooked me up. Let me tell you them ribs and baked beans and potatoe salad was hitting. I can’t wait to come back for more. Wish it was closer to Jackson where I live.
