We were really excited to try these food trucks right next to the resort. We were a little disappointed in the taste and portion sizes for what we spent. The huli huli chicken tasted like rotisserie chicken and the Mac salad seemed store bought or was missing ingredients if they made it there. The ribs and katzu chicken were good but not worth returning for.

Hands down the best Mahi Mahi I’ve ever had. I grew up in FL and went to culinary college. The Mahi is so buttery and perfect. The Poi is perfect and the Mac Salad is solid. I dont know why this place doesn’t have more stars. We hit 3 food trucks before we unpacked and this was the best. Owner is so friendly and very kind.

The Hulihuli chicken at this food truck was the best thing we ate on the island all week. Perfectly cooked, amazingly seasoned, and so juicy. The macaroni salad was also our favorite on the island. Cash only but SO worth it.

Visited the food truck after a recommendation from my Uber driver- so glad I did! Staff is so friendly and helpful with making a selection and the food is outrageously good. So fresh so delicious. Staying at a resort you get trapped in all the tourist food- this is where you want to be for some good stuff! The pork was amazing !
