This was my first dining experience at Mt. Fuji (Sushi-Hibachi-Lounge). The experience was enjoyable and the food was good! We ordered from the lunch special menu (2 for $25). I would recommend this Hibachi restaurant. The chef was friendly and entertaining.

We chose table dinners rather than hibachi. The hibachi was happening right behind us and everyone had inflatable hats. I think it was a kids birthday. The atmosphere was so fun. We will absolutely go back for hibachi with the whole family.

We just celebrated my Mom’s birthday! Our Chef, Tim, was entertaining and the food was delicious! Our host Gigi, was very gracious and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great restaurant! I normally never give 5 star reviews but this definitely deserved it. The food was amazing, it was juicy, had tons of flavor, and delicious. I recommend getting the New York Strip Steak! The service was great, refilled our drinks constantly and made sure we had a good time. The actual hibachi part was amazing too! Made sure everyone tried to catch food in their mouths lol, made an onion volcano too! The atmosphere was great as well, it was quiet and very easy to speak to each other and the inside looks nice and modern. I truly have no complaints, great place.

It’s such a nice place to do hibachi. The portions are great and the prices are reasonable. They are open every day of the year even Christmas day. They take reservations, so it is super-convenient even when it is full. It’s our favorite hibachi restaurant in Denver.

I ate here for Valentine’s Day and we had a great experience. We came in a little earlier than the normal rush for dinner and we were seated right away. We also had our own table for the hibachi and the chef cooked for only us. It was nice! The chef was funny and kept up good conversation. The food we ordered was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. The soup was just ok, probably wouldn’t recommend that to anyone, but the salad, specifically the salad dressing was delicious! For our entrees, we ordered ribeyes, shrimp, and lobster and all of it was great and cooked perfectly! You also get rice ( fried rice is extra and I didn’t particularly like that because of the small bits of onion chopped up in it, but if you like onions, it was good) and noodles, like lo mein, which was good, and vegetables (onions, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and also mushrooms), which were also good. For sauces, you get yum yum sauce, which I’m personally not a big fan of, and ginger, which was great! I also asked the chef for teriyaki sauce and that was great too. You get so much food, neither of us was able to even finish all the food!
Inside the restaurant is a nice, clean environment. They play nice, newer music and they also have a TV that was playing sports, but not loudly.
Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Decent place. Came for a bday celebration. The steaks were pretty well done and asked for medium. Still edible but chewy. The fried rice wasn’t very flavorful. Added soy sauce and ginger sauce and that made it better. The chi-chi roll was phenomenal and the best part of our meal. Gigi is fantastic. The best server. We just adore her!

This is a family owned restaurant in Aurora Colorado bringing excellent food to our community but it is worth a drive across the metro area. Thier wonderful staff is warm and welcoming and includes extremely entertaining hibachi chefs. Gigi greeted us warmly and made sure my wife had accessible seating.
Our Chef he’d has 25 years of experience. He combines his culinary expertise with a flair of show and humor.
My wife had the Salmon and Scallops and I had Waygu Beef and Scallops. The soup, fried rice, veggies and noodles were prepared to perfection. All of the meats were perfectly cooked and of high quality.
The only reason I gave a Five Star review is because they won’t allow me to give Six.

I was looking all over for a place with Chicken Katsu and I’ve FOUND IT!
✅ Super friendly staff, attentive without being overbearing. Lisa was my main server and she was so nice!
✅ Portions were large! Usually places only give me one Katsu fillet but here they gave me two!
✅ Chicken Katsu came with Miso Soup, small salad, and I felt a little sad I forgot to ask for rice instead of salad but lo and behold they brought rice along with the main course: Chicken Katsu!
✅ They even brought me extra Katsu sauce (because I’m crazy for it and love it on the chicken and rice!)
✅ They offered me more rice after I finished my first bowl?!
✅ They offered me MORE rice when I asked for a To-Go box, as well as if I needed any sauce to take home with my leftover Katsu.
I’m an anxious, skinny, underweight, partially emaciated little dude, but oh my goodness they made plenty sure I was well fed, with leftovers to spare to take home.
Total was $23.50 including the gratuity fee. And I feel like I got my money’s worth. I felt like I was being treated like royalty.
10/10 would eat here again. Gotta bring my friends!

Absolutely enjoyed our dining experience! We went on a Thursday and not crazy busy like the weekend. The staff and hibachi chef were friendly, professional and put on a great show. They kept our elementary kids entertained with lemonade shot, broccoli toss and pyrotechnics. Our shy kiddo was hesitant at first but the chief got her involved, she whispered to me towards the end that he was the best chief! It was my birthday, they brought ice cream, happy birthday sign and sang happy birthday. We have been to other locations but this is our new favorite! Looking forward to trying the sushi next time.
