Went for dinner and we got in right away. It was loud, the lights kept flickering and the chairs were not comfortable. The food came quickly. Food had great flavor and we tried all the sauces on the table. My potato salad was a bit bland. We had fun. I get it was an axe throwing place. I just didn’t expect it to be so loud. It was hard to chat at our table. Would recommend to a friend.

Upon entering I was not sure if it was a restaurant or sports place but I was greeted by the hostess/manager (not sure) who told me they were still serving food at 8pm on a weeknight. I was seated at a two person table by a male host and the table had a slight wobble as well as the chair. I opted for the other red chair which did not have a wobble. My server was Jenn. She was excellent. She took time to understand my needs and wants and provide exceptional service. I saw that there was all day happy hour on thursdays and that was a big savings with BOGO apps (lowest priced one free, all apps). I asked Jenn for recommendations based on seeing that lots of the appetizers had ingredients that were in the other apps too, for example the brisket in the quesadilla in the fries and the nachos too. Or the fries for the poutine in the popcorn chicken app. Jenn helped me narrow down my choices to 2 smaller sized apps, the poutine and the quesadilla with brisket. My drink was lemonade with blackberry flavor. They have pepsi products and had lots of lemonade flavors to choose from. The drink was refilled promptly upon jenn asking if i wanted more, and was a complimentary refill. She even gave me some lemonade to take home. The poutine had the right blend and balance of cheese curds and gravy and fries, making the fries moist but not drenched. The quesadilla was greasy but good, the brisket inside tasted like quality meat. The quesadilla dripped out when i picked it up and bit into it likely showing excess grease oil or liquid. The sour cream was welcomed but the salsa tasted generic like from a national brand, to be honest. I took 3/4 of my apps home. I wanted to save room for their dessert offerings, and the peach cobbler did not disappoint. Served with local vanilla ice cream, it was just the right size and the perfect mix of fruit and grain. I was told the manager from tennessee makes it. The place doubles as an axe throwing lanes place and I’m sure that would be fun to check out another time. I saw a banner outside by the road saying a 10 dollar summer special for axe throwing. This place is a hidden gem off the beaten path.

Looked for something we don’t have very often and stumbled across this place. Service was amazing, our server was Griffin. I ordered the Burnt Ends Dinner with collard greens and coleslaw. Wife has the Brisket Sandwich with Mac n Cheese. Food came out quickly, it was hot, and it was delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

I have been told by multiple people that this place is pretty hit or miss, luckily, today was a hit. We had a great time in the axe throwing lane, and the staff were pleasant. The food was great, the burnt ends were perfectly cooked, though could use a bit more seasoning. The pulled pork was fantastic and very moist. Excellent baked beans! Tried and loved all of the sauce options available which is rare. My only real criticism is the bread is pretty boring and I would much prefer a slice of cornbread. Otherwise, I’ve had some great southern BBQ and this competes with it for sure!

Will definitely be going back, food was great. Had fun throwing axes after dinner. We were there during the week so the lanes were available.

Atmosphere was very inviting and enjoyable. Our server who also doubled as a bartender was well versed in his BBQ sauces and the menu. We started off with the Hillbilly Nachos. A must when you come and eat here. Our table got the Rodeo Burgers and a Burnt End Dinner. A knockout of great flavors. We love this place and will for sure be shouting it out on our Social Media Platforms. A+ to this place and to our server Andrew!

Went here for food and axe throwing, and had a great time! My food was excellent, the rest of the party had mixed reviews. A few minor issues with service but they corrected them quickly. The live music was really nice too. Axe throwing was so much fun! Their axe-perts gave lots of great tips. We’re definitely going again!
