I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience was…unique.
The adult woman couldnt work the register to save her life…whatever, maybe shes new.
2 sandwiches with 0 sides and 0 drinks was $42? Ok. Maybe theyre amazing.
2 other customers in the store… the wait was over 20 minutes, during which the lady lifted her shirt and scratched her belly button with her bare hands then grabbed an order (without putting on gloves or washing her hands) then served the table their salad and sandwich… then, she was scratching behind her ear and served another table (no gloves, no wash).
When I finally got my order, it didnt have its dip juice so I asked for it. She claimed my coworker asked for it without (she did not, but still, wheres mine ) and then she finally got it… it was the consistency of day old refrigerated beef gravy… gelatinous as it gets.
I cant believe I spent $46 after tip for those two sandwiches from that environment.

Great sandwiches. Only problem with the place is the order is never correct. Last 5 times we have either been missing a sandwich or it has the wrong toppings. Will not be returning. Gave enough chances to have things correct.

Came in for dinner fiending for a good delicious burger because I’ve been deprived of one since arriving to the area. Ordered the
BBQ western double and the smoke house bbq ranch sandwich that caught my attention as I walked inside as well.
The woman working the register greeted me warmly with a huge bodacious smile and appeared very happy to work there.
My order came to me in a timely fashion fresh off the grill. The burger was good but the bbq sauce used on it wasn’t the best preventing the burger from being delicious. The sub was meh, way too much lettuce. Kinda reminded me of the chicken teriyaki sub at subway but not as tasty.
The restaurant was very clean with a modern look, plenty of seating. Overall I was pleased with my dining experience here.

I paid 20$ for a steak sandwich and fries which was supposed to have caramelized onions, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese on it. It came out with no onions, no mushrooms on what looked like taco meat. I took it back and she apologized saying the cooks were new. It came back to me with onions that were warm but not fried and certainly not caramelized. I was told the mushrooms were cooked into the meat. It was not good. I won’t be coming back. I was also the only one in there. Hmmm

My first time here was Friday night. I did not get any sauce on my sandwich. It was just dry meat. We ordered and paid for a double hamburger on our second order and only got a single. I’m not sure if it’s because it was 8:15 pm or what but I am pretty disappointed because I’ve heard such good things!

I haven’t been to this restaurant in a couple years. I decided today was the day because I’ve always liked their food. Well things have changed. I don’t do negative reviews so this is my 1st. I ordered a sandwich and a salad which came to $30. I get my food, I go to work, I open my sandwich, & there isn’t enough meat on it for both halfs of the 12″ roll. Then my salad dint have salad dressing. I work on the outskirts of town & was at work so couldn’t go back. I called, the Team Lead came to the phone. He explained that if had I gotten the bread it would had been enough meat but because I got the 12″ roll that’s why it seems to not have enough. Question, why offer bigger bread/rolls if you don’t fill it? But I was more upset that I had this salad w no dressing so here it sits. He did apologize but did not offer any compensation. I said, this makes a difference if I come back or not. He proceeded to hang up on me. Thus I had enough & why the review. Had he said come tomorrow & we will give you a fresh salad or the dressing or anything, I’d of been ok. But when you just hang up, well, no, you’ve lost a customer.

Worked in town and wanted a real deli experience. Reviews should not be believed. You overpay for essentially bread and toppings. Barely had any meat in either sandwich I ordered. Very disappointing.

The manager here is a joke and rude. She doesn’t care about customer service even when approached nicely, and they falsely advertise item availability-like eggs for cob salads. If you don’t have an ingredient available, you should tell customers before they order so that they can make an informed decision before paying. The food is already low quality and conditions are not the most sanitary. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else!

I have never had an issue with this place. The food is delicious. My only issue is that I ordered their hot dogs for the first time through door dash and was not impressed. The marketing they have on the page is a little deceiving. It looks like you will get 3 hotdogs but you only recieve one. The other issue i had is that its 8 dollars plus tax for just one. Now had the hotdogs looked appealing and used better ingredients I might have overlooked the price, but they did not. If you go to this restaurant i recommend everything else but the hotdogs.
