Ashley is great and greeted me with a smile and helped guide me through the menu. I went with her recommendation of the truffle burger and added lett/tom/bacon and it was very good! I will definitely return. The prices are high but the food is quality. The smash fries were great as well.

Food was great. They were a little busy, but they service needs a little improvement. My wife’s burger came out wrong. They also have a habit of bringing out one persons meal and the others a few minutes later. A little awkward. I’ll still come back though… Great food.

This was my first time at the Prattville, Alabama location. My visit was 8/26/17 at 6:10 PM. I was visiting from Ohio and had been on the road for hours. I was really hungry and looking forward to a burger from Smashburger since I have been to their location in Ohio. I walked in excited to place my order only to be met by an employee who was on the phone and did not acknowledge my presence. She was talking to another customer and reviewing their order (which is fine), but I found it extremely rude that she didn’t acknowledge my presence by taking a second to tell me that she would take care of me in a bit. Honestly, even a smile my way would have sufficed. This employee didn’t look my way once. She stared at the screen as she took her time reviewing details of the order. I stood directly in front of her for 3 minutes or so. After not being acknowledged I couldn’t take it any longer and walked out. I understand being on the phone with a customer, however, I do not tolerate terrible customer service. I went to Five Guys down the street and received the most amazing customer service and am now a new fan of theirs. I will not be back to this location, nor will I recommend it.

We descended like locusts, but they handled all 25 of us with ease. The food was good, and delievered quickly considering it was a Tuesday and they had 4 workers and no prior knowledge we were coming. However, the milkshakes are where it’s at. Don’t leave without one. May I recommend the nutter butter one.

Above-average burger place. Of course you’ll pay more for it than a standard fast-food burger. Fries are also great, but they also have veggie frites (fried carrot sticks and green beans) that are very good. I doubt they are really that much healthier, since they are fried, but they are good! Milkshakes are also great – they are made with Hagen Daz ice cream.

Everything about this place was just fine. Food was good, service was fine, prices are a bit high. I had a diy burger: black bean patty with avocado, bacon, spinach, and fresh jalapeños. My burger and beverage cost around $11-12 with no side.

The power of IG lol! I heard about this place on IG the L A location has lines outside for hours. As soon as I found one in AL I had to visit.The employees were very nice, inviting, and attentive. I can’t say the same for the patrons especially the family that sat next to us. It was as if they’d never seen or dined amongst, “African Americans”! Anyway non- the less we enjoyed our food. The fries were stringy and small, other than that everything was fresh, delish, and well worth the dime.
