This is one of the many locations of this chain. From the many times I’ve passed by this corner, I have rarely seen anyone eating here, but there’s always a lot of takeout orders, so I guess that’s how they stay in business. I went a while back and ordered a Custom Smashburger with a side of Sweet Potato Fries, and combined, it was around $15 or $16, or something similar. They also apparently have a somewhat more reasonably priced combo, which comes with their standard Smashburger, fries, and a drink for around $13. It took a while to get the burger, but since it wasn’t Burger King or similar, I wasn’t that surprised.
I walked back a short distance from there to my place and opened the takeout bag, revealing my very messy burger. The burger itself reminded me in many ways of Five Guys, with it being very greasy and falling apart just about instantly from the grease-soaked bun. By comparison to that chain, a few of the toppings aren’t included, and it felt maybe a little bit smaller, but I’m not positive, as I haven’t had Five Guys in ages. On my side, while the portion wasn’t the biggest, the sweet potato fries were much better than expected. I probably won’t stop in again, but that’s just by principle. If your standard Five Guys is a mid-upper 2, this falls under the same boat. If there were a 2.5 option, I would put it there pronto.

Fast food in nyc with an actual nice dining area. The food is definitely greasy. But the dining area is so nice and comfortable. They have an actual bar that serves liquor. For the burger I thought the buns were the cheap. Buns. The restaurant is beautiful though.

This location has seating and a bar on the second level. There is an elevator in the back for those that can’t climb the stairs. The staffs are friendly and service is fast. We waited about 10 minutes for our food. I think it’s fast since there were an about 8-9 people ahead of us. We got a chili, All American smash, Colorado smash, and fries. The All American smash and fries was good. The chili is a little bland and the portion is small. The Colorado smash was very oily and it’s missing the kick even though it has green chiles.

I love this place. They have the best burger for the price in the neighborhood by far. The scorchin chicken strips are so good too. I’m pretty sure their ranch is made in-store. They changed up the menu recently and I’ve tried a few new items and they have all been great. The employees are always super nice and work hard to get orders out timely.

I had such a great experience at Smashburger thanks to Moises and the team. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the service. It’s rare to feel that level of care at a fast-casual spot, and it really stood out. As soon as I walked into Smashburger, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was fast, efficient, and I was accommodated right away. I also appreciated that when I brought my son today, he was offered a complimentary kids’ meal such a thoughtful gesture. It’s wonderful they provide free kids’ meals every Wednesday.

March 1st I came in wanting to order some food after a long day I usually love smash burger, so decided to give them a visit, however I regretted it. The food took 25 minutes for just a burger and french fries. After 20 minutes, I asked the women what was happening because I’ve been waiting for a while. She said it’s coming but said nothing to the people who were handling the food .Then when I approached the woman who was packaging and bagging the food again , she was rude and seriously needs a crash course in customer service. I specifically asked for my fries not to be cold. When they finally did give the food to me. I asked her was the french fries cold ,she told me no and rolled her eyes . when I clearly saw those french fries have been sitting there for 15 minutes. ( why the attitude for asking for my food to be a certain way that I clearly pay for ) When I did taste them, they were cold and stale. The burger also looked horrible Sauce all over the place. I asked for a specific things not to be on my burger and unfortunately, it was still there. They took no consideration into service ,presentation ,time or food Quality. Didn’t even finish just threw everything in the trash. Horrible!
