This location is a mixed bag. I’ll place an order in the app 15 minutes prior to arriving there and I’m usually told to park in the waiting area instead of it being ready when I get there, and this is for a small order of the $6 meal deal. One time I bought a $5 McFlurry, and it was only filled up 2/3 of the way. Order accuracy is a non-issue, though.

Ordered TWO HAMBURGERS. Both burgers that are in my bag are both cheeseburgers. I order two HAMBURGERS because of the online deal. If I wanted cheese, I would’ve ordered CHEESEBURGERS. Please fix your kitchen. They’re even in the hamburger packaging!!

I wish I had the time yesterday to go back and get a refund. I know this place sucks and I still go there because it’s convenient. Not anymore! They always forget a napkin, The meat and the cheese and everything else is everywhere except on the bun. Hopefully all the construction going on will slow things down to the point where they go away. I’m not going to be part of the problem anymore. Complete and total boycott! I didn’t eat the burger, I threw it away in discussed, just so you know.

This is consistently the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. Regularly takes over 10 minutes to get your food in the drive thru. It took over 20 minutes this time, and I got attitude when asking about my order. Makes absolutely no sense why they are this slow, while also being rude. I’m done with this location.

Food is alright but staff could heavily be improved. My brother and I often come to this location after working long hours for a pick me up and they are always so incredibly rude and aggressive towards us for no reason. MANY times in the past he has asked for a milkshake that is half vanilla, half chocolate. Never has been a problem at this specific location (we have the receipts to prove it) and now all of a sudden the same female voice yells at us that there is no way they can do that and cuts him off when he tries to explain we’ve had it before, clearly getting huffy and irritated at him respectfully asking a question. We don’t appreciate the treatment. I understand closing shifts are rough sometimes, but that doesn’t excuse laziness and blatant rudeness. Might need to give your night crew a lesson on politeness towards the customers because right now, you guys don’t have any knowledge of that.

I placed an order at 8:20, my friend placed an order at 8:15 also using the mobile kiosk. First order was just a simple hot chocolate. Second order being a small fry and apples. By the time we received the hot chocolate it was cold chocolate. We saw it sitting on the counter and when we asked a worker they replied “We are going as fast as we can”. Additionally, another customer received a happy meal without their chicken nuggets. Worst McDonalds experience I’ve had.

Staff was very rude & we had an extremely long wait. My wife went inside to order, as the drive up lines were very long. They somehow misplaced my wife’s order, & she had to wait even longer. We had 3 very young grandchildren, waiting a long time for their Happy Meals. We were there on 10/11/25 @ 6:09PM. Very disappointed at the Attitude & Service at this aMcDonald’s!

This place needs help. A receipt didn’t print at kiosk addressed it with a person teenager. I asked if that’s a problem that I don’t have a receipt. He states. Yup that’s a problem and carried on w what he needed to do. Food brought to us. Half the order. Finally got the happy meal. And no toy. Terrible. Felt if I addressed the no toy I would be treated as the receipt.

This McDonald’s is nice because they have the kid play place. My kids can play in there for hours if I let them. They always make my order how I like it and it’s always fast friendly service.
