Devion did a great job of running the front of the store, very efficiently! He takes the orders, brings out eh food and keeps everything clean and efficient! Gena was amazing! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. She explained the menu clearly, checked on us without being overbearing, and had a great attitude the whole time. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it. Customer service like hers really makes the experience better. Smashburger is lucky to have Gena—definitely hope she’s working the next time we come back!

Ashley was polite and food came quickly. The fries were super hot and saucy. Burgers tasted awesome! The seating area was clean and modern. They have an incredible wall mural of New York City skyline on the wall! We will be back!

The burgers are amazing , hands down the best after-school lunch spot! I brought my friends and their kids, and everyone loved it. Plus, kids eat free on Wednesdays, which is a huge bonus for families. We’ll definitely be back! Naomi was the best helping us through the order we where more then 10 with kids she wasn’t bothered and was very friendly especially with all the kids and noise they made will definitely recommend to all my mom friends

My first time coming here and it was a 10/10. Colorado double burger was so good and the sweet potato fries were amazing. Genesis was also so nice to me and my girlfriend and we’re definitely coming back. Food was fresh and very flavorful.

The burgers here are amazing—always super fresh and full of flavor. Every time we order, they taste just as good as the last, and they never upset my stomach, which is a big plus. Joslyn our cashier and server was such a joy to interact with today. Very pleasant and helpful. I accidentally spilled my drink at the table and she took care of it and gave the table a good cleaning so that it would not be sticky. For a fast food restaurant my overall experience was great!
