Sooo normally I have stellar reviews of Chick-fil-A, but this time I was really disappointed. Whoever was on the fryer today LOVES salt, as you can see in the picture. My sandwich was spot on as usual, but I wasn’t able to eat more than half of my waffle fries because they were covered in so much salt. Do better Clay Court Chick-fil-A!!

Been coming here for 10+ years and this was the first time I felt compelled to leave a review. Me and my 2 friends came in and Julie was working there. She made sure we immediately got everything in our order and asked us multiple times if we needed anything and helped us when we needed it. 5 Star service. Always great service from this location. I am going to kill two birds with one stone. I think that every store is the same, we like to visit this one in Pleasent Prarie, across-the-stree from Costco. Great food! The chicken tenders are definitely my favorite, followed by the Southwest Salad. And since I try to have little carbs in my diet, a lemonade without sugar, just Splenda. By the was, my wife and I love to put a tea spoonfuls of Tajin in our lemonade. If you don’t know what that is, try one of the new refreshers from Starbucks. It is a powder that we used in Mexico in fresh fruit, micheladas, and many other things. Back to Chick-fil-A, give it a try, you can thank me later. I am including a picture of Tajin, you can find it at Walmart.

I’m going to be honest and a lot of people aren’t going to like what I’m about to say. I don’t love Chick-fil-A’s food. I don’t! I just don’t! It doesn’t float my boat. There is nothing extraordinary about the food. The sandwiches are just good the macaroni and cheese is just good. The fries are just…… well I love the fries! But I love all potatoes. The food itself is just simply overrated to me! But the service at this establishment is undefeated! I am a very impatient person and I despise having to wait. I will extend my travel in additional 10-15 minutes on a detour if I see traffic starting to stop. That’s just to give you an example of how impatient I am. I got in line at Chick-fil-A the other day and it was my first time at this location. I noticed that the line was wrapped around and going down the street and I was confused at first but I fell in line and it appeared to be moving without hesitation very smoothly may I add. I was greeted by a young lady with the menu in her hand and a big old smile ready to take my order. She even had time for a little bit of small talk with me and that alone made me feel good, she literally walked alongside my car as I was pulling up as Not to cause any delay in the movement behind me. She directed me to the Red Umbrella forward and told me that I would be greeted by so and so. I got to the red umbrella and so-and-so said my name and handed me my receipt. I moved forward and the next person said my name and handed me my bag of food. That entire trip around the building felt like it only took 3 minutes if that. Amazing! I will always return to Chick-fil-A because of their exceptional customer service. I get it!
