The 3 stars are all for our server. My husband and I went for the endless stuffed pasta special. We both ordered frozen drinks. Mine looked like it had been sitting for a while because it was very separated. I ended up returning it, and the peach tea that I ordered because it had a strong bitter after taste. My husband ended up returning his never ending pasta because the raviolis were rubbery. He ordered a different meal and ended up returning that as well. All in all, today was a very off day for Olive Garden in Owings Mills. The only thing that saved this experience at all was the server. She was very personable and apologetic.

As far as Olive Gardens go, this one was 5 stars. Service was friendly and attentive, the food was comforting and exactly as expected, and there’s no way you can complain about the prices. Would absolutely return.

Was there on a Sat evening after a movie. Great friendly service from our waitperson as well as all staff there. Clean. Not crowded. Food was hot, fresh, & delicious although kind of salty. I wish they would not sprinkle salt on the bread sticks & on the salad. But everything was yummy. Myself & a friend had Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parm, salad, mozerella sticks, strawberry lemonade, Diet Coke. Yum!

Omg… Haven’t been in over 10 years and on this day, it was what I needed to awaken my inner Italian!!! I had some kind of pasta with steak and Gorgonzola cheese with balsamic sauce and my first plate… My steak was tough and the sauce was light so I asked the waitress to just bring me something else but she insisted I let her bring me another of the same, cooked how I like with more sauce and boy was she right!! It was perfect and juicy and saucy enough that my table tried to eat it. Great service and better food!!! Wish I remembered our servers name..

There’s a pandemic so we ordered food for takeout. The food was ready when they said it would be ready. The order was correct. We shared a fried zucchini appetizer. The breading on the outside was fine, but the zucchini was too soft. We each had a cream of crab soup. It was creamy, a bit spicy, and it had lots of big pieces of lump crab meat. The crab cakes themselves had lots of lump crab meat and very little filler. We had roasted potatoes and broccoli side dishes. They were good.

Seating wait time was a bit long but our waiter Dontae was so attentive and on point. Food was DELICIOUS my daughter enjoyed her birthday and the whole experience. We will definitely be going back to this location for the great service and food.

Our server couldn’t be bothered with us. These are the things that happened during our visit
•We couldn’t order food until she brought out the drinks. (we were told this even tho we were ready)
•When we ordered, she never removed the menus.
•We sat the bowl of finished soup on the top of the menus but neither was removed.
• We ended up not liking the tea as asked for water and sprite… SHE BROUGHT THE DRINKS BUT NEVER REMOVED THE TEAS.. even brought refills and left all of the cups on the table
•We asked for plastic utensils once the food was brought out and she told us after she cleans the tables beside us, she’ll get them. She took her time and we were just sitting like

I recently visited Olive Garden and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. While I have enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo in the past, this time it was bland and lacked flavor. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was slow and we waited an excessive amount of time to receive our food. Additionally, the restaurant has an outdated look that is starting to show its age. We spent nearly two hours at the restaurant and while the staff were friendly, the experience was lackluster due to the slow service and disappointing food. In my opinion, this kind of restaurant is going out of style and Olive Garden should try harder to improve their offerings and service.
