Our first visit and we left unhappy with the slim chicken experience. Starting with a 15 minute wait for our food was the start, crispy chicken sandwich combo and a chicken/waffle combo. When it arrived by our cashier we asked for sauce for the chicken and was told we had to pay for it. So after waiting back in line and ordering 3 sauces with her we were given another number to put at our table… for 3 sauces. The wait continued, additional 7 minutes went by and the other cashier (Katherine or Katelyn who came and checked on us earlier) came to us asking if we were needing anything. We told her we were waiting on 3 sauces and she took our receipt and number and brought us our sauces. She was absolutely awesome at her job. When she didn’t have customers she was busy taking care of tables and guests. Best employee we saw for the time we were in there. JP was wonderful in the lounge as well with customers and helped us out getting a to-go box. The staff overall was great, it’s just the waiting and separate sauce debacle that killed our enjoyment. I doubt we will go dine-in again, they will be lucky if we even try the drive-thru.

I’ve been to this place three times and have only had one good experience. The first time was great; it was opening day and we sat inside to eat. The next two times I went through the drive through where I was the only car and waited over 10 minutes for my food. If you want good service eat inside, don’t go through drive through.

Sir Salisbury here. The food was very mid. We got the chicken tenders. They tasted just like the frozen Tysons you can get at the store. Very delicious For our sides, we got the delicious Kraft mac and cheese. We got it to go, and man on man. I am pleased with the to go boxes. They were kind enough to put extra grease on them just in case the tenders were not leaking enough. We like to live as cave people and they knew that through reading our minds. With that being said, we got no silverware. One more thing. We got our sauce on our receipt! I was really excited to try it and I wasn’t let down. 10/10 will not try again.
