Overall, I give my meal a 4.9/5 stars. I had the bone in pork chop, grilled asparagus, and loaded mashed potatoes. Casey was Chef tonight and you can taste her experience in every bite. The pork chop was full of flavor and so juicy! My only complaint was that you could tell the cheese was from a bag and the scallions were dried scallions instead of fresh. Fresh grated cheese and fresh scallions would have put my loaded mashed potatoes over the top in flavor. Our server, Michaela, was excellent, service was fast and the atmosphere was nice. 10/10 recommend this restaurant and I will be making the 30 min drive more often to visit!

Great atmosphere, food and service. I was pleasantly surprised by this unique island oasis in the middle of a lively small downtown. Even after a long journey, my accomplices agreed that this restaurant was well worth the drive. There was a good variety of food available on the menu, and everything was flavorful and filling. Would definitely recommend checking this tiki paradise out!

My daughter is in college in Conway. We live in the Texarkana area. So I asked her if she’d like to meet here and eat for her birthday so she didn’t have to spend the whole day alone. Website says they close at 9 on Sundays. She and I both drove all this way and they closed an hour early. What’s the point in having a closing time on your website if you don’t follow it. I hear the food sucks anyway.

Slim & Shorty’s is hands down the best restaurant in town! Not just that but, the best drinks, friendliest servers, and great atmosphere for my two girls! Kayla and Al are the best! My girls want to come in there only if one of the two is our waitress! We love them and don’t really eat out anywhere but there! You can see how hard they work to try and make everyone happy! Ask for Kayla or Al! Most of the time they’re on different shifts!

Boring, over priced for area, quality and amount of food you get. The fries looked like nothing special than frozen, seemed more likr a bar pub with food given fancy names for appeal, put tables in it to seem kid friendly, if you want your kid knowing what a bar looks like this is the place.

Fun little spot in downtown Arkadelphia! Friendly staff, feels like you’re a local as you step inside. Locally owned. The food is good, fresh, and tasty. I recommend it and plan to stop again as we travel. If you like oysters…they have an appetizer you’ll want to try.

This place had a nice atmosphere and the staff was really nice, professional and very helpful. The pickled chips were good for starters. The steak was good and the grilled vegetables were nice and hot. I just had to throw a little salt and pepper on the steak and vegetables and they were good. Their garlic mashed potatoes were really good and they have unlimited refills on their sodas. Definitely will be back.

Decent food, interesting surfing/beach decor, nice wait staff. We had Googled the place while staying nearby, and were surprised, but pleased with the food, although the chicken fried steak was just OK. Catfish and chicken were good though.
