We had been loyal costumers for 5 years, ordering at least three times a month. They used to have the best bbq chicken pizza, but the last two times this month the food we ordered for pick up and delivery was not good at all. The first time, the bbq chicken pizza just had burnt cut up pieces of chicken tender, burnt bacon, very little bbq sauce, no onion and no cheese; we didn’t realize it until we got to our destination after picking it up. We gave it another chance and ordered delivery last night for our kids and their sitter, we ordered bbq chicken pizza……no bacon, no onion, almost no cheese, a lot of buffalo sauce with bbq sauce on top, and burnt cut up chicken tenders…it was inedible, specially that mixture of buffalo and bbq sauce…chicken tenders and fries for the kids were almost inedible as well as they were burnt. Definitely a long way from what they used to serve not long ago

I am new in town and was encouraged to try the pizza in CT .I decided to make the trek one cold night and was not disappointed. I received great service, cashier was attentive and patient . There was no pressure to order even for a first timer. After deciding what to have the food was amazing .

Ordered a sausage, onion and mushroom pizza…amazing! First time there and only because I was working nearby, now I’m going to have to make it a destination spot. Great crust, browned evenly across the bottom and for a brick oven style pizza that’s pretty impressive. The sauce was on point and complimented the cheese and other toppings. Thank you for the Pie, be back soon.

Really disappointed with our order. We are new to the area and the place came recommended for a birthday dinner. The food was over 30 minutes late with no notification from the restaurant or driver. Lo and behold it arrived cold and part of the food was inedible and had to be tossed because it had become so soggy. To add insult to injury we were charged to upgrade an item and but it was wrong when it arrived. Will add this to our list of places to not order from again.

Good affordable pizza. My favorite place in the area. I’m from New Jersey/NYC so decent pizza in Connecticut is hard to come by. I prefer brick oven pizza but for bar pizza the sauce is really good and the crust has a great texture and taste. For about $10 a pie you can’t beat it.

I order take out and delivery here regularly. Phone service and delivery is good and service is usually quick. While my family loves their pizza I personally do not like thier sauce. It’s like it has a hint of cinnamon or something that doesn’t belong in it.

My friends and I randomly chose this spot to grab some pizza.Since we’re not from th area we didn’t know what to expect.We entered the establishment and walked straight up to the counter.The woman who was standing behind the counter was engaged in a conversation with another employee. We stood there amazed that she decided to continue her conversation for more than five minutes without even acknowledge us! Dispite the unpleasant attitude of this woman,and the non professionalism the pizza was delicious. Hopefully Slice pizza will discuss customer service skills at the next employee meeting.

I wanted to order a extra cheese extra cheese small pizza they wanted to charge me $18.08 for that pizza. I asked the girl how come so much for a small pizza. She told me that’s the price ! Than I asked to speak to the owner. she told me she was the manager and anything I want to talk about I should talk to her! Than I asked her if I came down to talk to owner what would he say,she said he probably wouldn’t be there to speak to me. Before this place was good but now it’s terrible!

Very laid back atmosphere… Local appeal to the community. Pizza was great!!! Perfect crispy crust… I had the cheese and the buffalo chicken pizza with a Sam Adams Octoberfest. Would definitely recommend!!!
