When I went to pick up my pizza, it was cold and looked nothing like the pictures, no fresh basil like the photos, tasted like sugar sauce with pucks of rubber mozzarella. Little bit confused. Tasted more like carnival food than Italian…

Best pizza I have ever had. The manager is so kind and aware of the patrons, both times I’ve been he has gone around to everyone and chatted with them.
Be prepared for tricky seating, but the atmosphere, vibes and taste is top notch!
Don’t forget to try the ranch!

I had to update the review. I saw Dave Portney gave this place a 7.5 But he rated them on a reheated sliced and the other places on fresh baked pies! The rating clearly would have been higher for a fresh pie.
The people working at this restaurant really make the restaurant five stars. The workers really make this place.
I usually get pepperoni. Which is a little greasy. But good because they pile on the pepperoni. Really! There is a lot of pepperoni!
Great place for pizza.
Try some of the other pizzas! Most people, like myself just get cheese or pepperoni. But I tried some of the specialty slices and they were amazing. Yesterday, I had a slice of the Detroit Style Popeye pizza. Wow! Wow! That pizza slice blows away everything in Salt Lake City!

I had ordered a pizza and meatballs to go. They gave me a 30 min wait time before I could pick it up. Well 40 minutes later it was ready. There was only 4 people in the restaurant and the cooks were just being casual about making my food. When it was ready it smelled good, but thats were the good news ended. The taste was very bland. Not at all savory or anything special. I’ve had little Caesars pizza taste better and alot cheaper. I had been waiting along time to eat their pizza only to be disappointed on all levels. I enjoy going to these unique restaurants having a great experience. Sadly this did not happen. Not worth the time, money, or going out of my way from pleasant grove to go eat there.

Their pizza is very good, and service is always excellent. If you really want a thin NY style crust, you’ll need to order the larger size. The smaller pies always have a substantially thicker crust and are occasionally a bit under baked. Still, it’s significantly better than just about anything else on the east bench. For lunch, their pizza by the slice is great (try the Tomato Pie).

They do pizza by the slice or full pies. I’ve tried all 4 types of pizza. The Sicilian and Detroit are my favs. The dough is fermented for 48 hours, and the sauce is made daily. You can really taste the difference.
First visit, try the New York style in the Jazzberry! This one is made special just for Utah. It’s loaded with White Cheddar, Brick Cheese, Mozzarella, Seasoned Beef , Applewood Smoked Bacon , and Chad’s Bear Lake Raspberry Jam, Blue Cheese , Green Onion, Romano, Oregano, Garlic Oil!

The wise guy pizza was delicious! I got a cheese slice for my 2 year old daughter. The cheese was also great for just cheese. The slices are huge. I tried the gemelli pasta with vodka cream sauce. It was pretty good and presented pretty on the plate. I got a chocolate gelato for dessert which was really good and refreshing on a hot day. I definitely want to come back to Slice House! I was really impressed!

For those looking for an exciting pizza menu, this pizzeria is a great choice. I ordered two slices, finding one filling enough, that I didn’t need to order a second slice of pizza. However, the second slice was a little too greasy for my taste. On the other hand, their rainbow cake was outstanding – moist, flavorful, and generously sized.

This was our 3rd time coming here we’ve usually done the slices the second time we went they got our order wrong the dough and cheese weren’t good it was super chewy and hard. We figured it was maybe a one off. So we decided to do take out and our pizza had plastic in the pizza. I bit into it, to say the least we will not be coming back. Same thing the dough was super hard almost stale like. Would not recommend. The pies aren’t cheap either, we paid 76 dollars for this. Really disappointed.

We tried single slices. One was Detroit style and one had raspberry jam. Both were good but I was surprised that I liked the raspberry one more. The cheese and the seasoning were unique and delicious. Prices seemed high for single slices since other places offer entire pizzas for less money. Wish they would offer a slice of pizza, a small salad and a drink for a reasonable deal.
