On this visit, I came with guests and strongly recommended Nawabs, calling it a “must try.” Unfortunately, it turned into a very embarrassing experience. The chicken on the pizza and even the loaded fries was completely burned.
When I raised the concern, the staff insisted that the food was not burned but “well done,” which was simply not true (pictures attached). Despite being a frequent customer, the staff clearly knew—there was no attempt to resolve the issue.
I asked to speak to the owner but received no response. The manager clearly stated that they would neither replace the food nor issue a refund. I ended up leaving the food there and walking out, and no one even bothered to say a word.
What made this worse was the embarrassment in front of my guests, whom I had assured that Nawabs had great food and courteous people. Sadly, this incident showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability.
Since that day, I have stopped visiting altogether.
When we reached the place we were greeted by someone sweet at the door ( named Ayaan) ! The ambience is good and people are greeting & helping generously.
The place smells good. Waiting time was 25min.
Tried their malai pizza & wings their most popular items.
I have tried this place a couple of times as take out but this time I was impressed by their service
But… there are two major downsides.
First, the amount of chicken on the pizza was very disappointing. For the price, I expected a lot more protein, especially since other places offer way better portions for the same or even lower cost. It felt like toppings were sparse, which took away from the overall experience.
Second, the customer service is extremely rude and arrogant. The staff make it very uncomfortable to order in person; even simple requests seem like a burden to them. It completely ruins the vibe.
Because of this, I’d advise ordering through DoorDash or delivery only. That way you get to enjoy the taste without dealing with the unpleasant behavior.
Everything tasted amazing, fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The BBQ platter had a great variety, and everyone found something they really enjoyed.
A special mention to Mr. Adham, who was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit.
Overall, we loved the food and the service. Definitely a place we’d go back to. Highly recommended!
I visited this location at Ridgway Mall in Mississauga for the first time.
This establishment operates around the clock.
I chose to have breakfast and ordered an Omelette with paratha and chai. The Omelette was acceptable with a generous serving and I requested the addition of green chilies, which they provided. However, I was displeased to find an extra charge of 50 cents for the chilies on my bill. It’s not the additional cost that’s the problem, but rather the practice of adding extra charges instead of incorporating them into the item’s price.
Moreover, I was disappointed with the paratha, which was essentially a deep-fried tortilla. I strongly advise against serving this version of paratha to customers, as it may be perceived as deceptive marketing.
The karak chai was flavorful.
I recommend regularly reviewing customer feedback and complaints to enhance your business.
The restaurant has a fun Stranger Things–themed interior, with details like the Demogorgon poster and the “Barbara Holland (Missing)” reference, which gives the place a unique and memorable vibe.
That said, there are a couple of practical issues. The store advertises itself as open 24 hours, but when I tried ordering through the app around 7:00 AM, it showed the location as closed, which is confusing and should be corrected. Seating is also quite limited, and during busy hours it’s hard to find a place to sit.
They do have an app, and ordering through it was easy and helpful, especially since it was busy when we visited. Overall, a good BBQ spot with tasty food and a cool theme, but clearer operating hours and more seating would noticeably improve the experience.
I hope you’re all doing well. I just wanted to share something regarding this restaurant. We’ve eaten here many times, and the food has always been good.
However, lately, I’ve been noticing something that I’d like to bring to the attention of Mr. Muneer Ahmed.
Ahmed bro, I have a question for you, you’ve set your prices quite high, but why isn’t the food quality matching the price?
The chicken pieces used to be sometimes even two pieces and the bread was good. Now, the bread isn’t up to standard, and the chicken portion has become noticeably smaller.
I paid $18 for this meal.
Do you honestly think that’s worth it?
Let’s be fair occasional inconsistency can happen. But this isn’t just once in a while; I’ve been noticing the same issue in almost every recent order.
I’ve ordered from in-store as well as Uber eats several times and it’s been delicious, however recently it’s a hit or miss, maybe the staff are rushing it due the place being super busy or they are not trained well. Such major mistakes can be easily fixed by retraining of the staff
