We love Saltgrass any time we go. This location had staff that was not quite as chipper as we have seen in other locations, but it was not bad service, by any means. The steak was great as always, and we always get and enjoy the wedge salad.

Service was amazing. Food was great! This is our second time, in the past month eating at Salt Grass. I have to say, that the seasoning on our first visit at the one in NOLA really made a hugh impression on us. Although the steaks were cooked to perfection & everything delicious, they lack a tab bit of seasoning at this location. The manager did touch the table, which we appreciated. Great place for any occasion!

I give this steakhouse 5 stars. The reasons are the staff, our server Juan was amazing. Then the food was cooked perfectly. I had the T-Bone and Brussel sprouts. The food came out fast (12mins) . I would go back next time I’m in San Antonio TX.

First I want to say, highly recommend! The front desk lady at my hotel recommended it to me and it was great. Decent selection of bourbon available. I had the Texas T-bone with a side of smoked Mac and cheese. Comes with soup or salad as well. I went soup, potato soup did not disappoint. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, flavored well and comes with a dollop of butter that melts as you cut through it. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and followed up constantly, but not to annoyance. Great place, highly recommend when in San Antonio. A real Texas atmosphere.

When I want a mouthwatering grilled steak, I come here! They know how to make it so buttery and full of flavor that you get that smoky grill taste. This is my first time EVER that I don’t ever need any steak sauce I can eat it the way it comes, thats how flavorful it is!! everything was on point! They have great customer service, we had a great waitress who gave great suggestions and was always on top of everything we needed. The restaurant is neat and organized, the manager was there checking on tables. Had a great atmosphere for dining out or that perfect date!

The brisket queso was gone before I could get a good picture! Drinks for my wife, Ranch Water and me Old Fashioned were great, bartender was really solid. We both ordered porterhouse she got brussel sprouts and loved them, I had asparagus and it was good. The steak was medium rare to the EDGE! Can’t tell you the last time I got a steak this large and it was cooked consistently to the very tip! It’s 100% a step up form other chain steakhouses.
