Sky Sushi provides both traditional and non-traditional Japanese cuisines with top quality ingredients. We specialize in exotic, non-traditional sushi rolls and specialty sashimi dishes as well as freshly-cut sashimi, traditional nigiri, maki’s (rolls) and temaki’s (hand rolls). We also provide Chicken/Beef teriyaki, chicken katsu, udon noodle soup, etc. We thank our valued customers for continuing to share this wonderful dining experience with us. Seriously one of the best sushi places I’ve ever been to. And that’s saying something. Decent prices. Great selection. Decent portions. Amazing textures. Creative combinations. And a super creative list of rolls. Friendly wait staff (Dominique was the absolute best, despite being the only sever). A completely unexpected find.

We were in the area & decided to go to Sky Sushi for lunch due to high rating on yelp. I must say that I agree with the high rating. We were seated immediately in the booth when we arrived. Maggie, our server, immediately greeted us & gave water cup to my kid. She also gave crayons & coloring page to keep my kid occupied. The coolest thing was the chopstick helper that she gave to my kid. My kid uses kids’ chopsticks at home & was super excited to try using real chopsticks with the helper.

This place has the best Sashimi in Sac County. The service was great, atmosphere was very relaxed and the food was perfect. I tried one roll that I picked randomly and it was amazing. We ordered sashimi and it was the best I’ve ever tried!

We started going here for family dinners. The sushi and vibe was so good that my husband would go there with friends. We eventually started going here for date nights or special occasions. It’s a really pretty place, intimate, chill, and when the sushi comes out, it’s played so beautifully!
