We visited the store today and tried their food and hookah. The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was a bit slow. Despite that, the staff was friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a good vibe and food, this place is highly recommended.

Telling a regular customer you don’t seat booths for two tops on Sunday is not only ridiculous it was a blatant lie. Almost every booth was two tops including a SINGLE top, five of them were empty at midnight… midnight. I exclaimed that I came all of the time and this was never an issue and that I was here to celebrate my birthday of all days I came here, the manager gave me an attitude and said he could only offer me the table because he could fit a 9 top in a booth, the table I was sat at had 10 chairs… again almost every single booth had two top groups, not sure if it’s because I look white with blonde hair and green eyes maybe he also doesn’t know what a 3k Louis Vuitton looks like but I always spend well over $100+ each visit and tip 20-25%… I come to spend money not camp on a booth with a $20 bill. Told my fiance about the experience and we will not be coming back. Oh well, maybe you should learn how to treat your regulars with good customer service, other lounges would NEVER have treated us this way, the lounge I left and went to instead quite literally let me have my choice of anywhere to sit without knowing it was my birthday or just left here with a bad experience, not every two top is going to be cheap, for new years we bought the entire booth and spent well over $400 on just two people and tipped ON TOP of auto gratuity. Big mistake letting us go as customers, you know I’m a regular on the non busy nights and take very good care of the servers, extremely disappointing experience, I know if I was with my Lebanese LOOKING fiancé I would have been treated differently, unfortunately though I am Lebanese I look white and was definitely treated differently than other experiences because of this. 5 years we have come here together, this will definitely be the last time we spend another cent here. You can literally see 2 tops booths in the video THEY Posted from tonight, pure disrespect. The manger here needs an attitude check. The normal manager here treated us so much better than this. The tall manger with the attitude needs to go he’s clearly bad for business, had a smug arrogant attitude from the second he walked up to me.

Sky Lounge West was such a great experience. The vibe is amazing and the service was top tier. Moe B took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. We even finished the night with tea which was such a nice touch. Definitely coming back!

First time to visit Sky Lounge and it was okay. Last time I came to this place there was no tables free, so we had to find another place. This time we also had no reservation but came early so we found a table. The place starts to be full packed around 8 pm and noisy till midnight. The staff were nice and friendly, their prices are not bad. I did not try their food only had a drink and a shisha. Overall, it is a nice place.

I asked for a booth for two and was told they were only available for parties of four or more because it was “game night,” which doesn’t make sense since I’m a regular and was seated in a booth for two just last week. They’re first come first serve unless reserved. This isn’t news! To make matters worse, the server then attempted to seat my friend and I next to a random group of men who were already seated, instead of placing us in an appropriate open section. The situation was uncomfortable and poorly handled, so we got up and took our business elsewhere.

Sky Lounge is hands down the best hookah lounge in Dearborn! The vibes are unmatched — from the chill atmosphere to the music and lighting, everything feels top tier. The service is always amazing; the staff are super friendly, attentive, and make sure your hookah and drinks are perfect the whole time. The flavors are smooth, long-lasting, and they have one of the best selections in the city. Whether you’re going out with friends or just want to relax, Sky is the spot to be. Highly recommend!

Lots of vegetarian food options. Great vibes. I came with a friend, my first time at a hookah lounge had a great time with our whole group. Lots of non alcoholic drink options if you’re sober. We had the sushi, smoothies, nutella crepe, and other things that were all great. Lots of parking. Very clean. Would for sure hang out again.
