I give this location 5 stars due to their great customer service. On Wednesday nights Sam and Beyonna are amazing and always offer great suggestions and put pride in their sandwiches they make. I highly recommend this location.

We ordered 6 foot long subs here the last time we went there because we were celebrating a birthday, and that’s what the person wanted for dinner. Immediately after consuming the sandwiches everyone became violently ill. We will never eat at subway again after that because it was the worst case of food poisoning that we have ever experienced.

Cute little subway joint here in the middle of town. You’d come here if you are looking for something consistent, and if you don’t mind a sandwich. When we came, while driving en route to Death Valley, it was cute to see their mascot come out of the shop, and started to dance, in trying to bring people into the store.

My first experience was awful. Second time it was great. I had someone stop and pick me up a sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich, and when it arrived it looked like the first picture. The only thing right about it was the chicken and the added banana peppers. I tried to call the number on the receipt and received a message stating voicemail box full. Really? On a business line? The next day I went back and they made it the right way, as in the 2nd picture. I was also informed that they do not make the sandwiches with the ingredients listed on the menu. You must request an ingredient. I was also told the best way to ensure you receive the right sandwich is to place your order through the app. Which tells me the employees are better with screens than with people. Seems more like a management issue. I highly doubt I’ll go back.

Wow, so disappointed in this store. I did an online order for a toasted sandwich, so was not toasted. My husband ordered a cheese steak sandwich. The meat was not even warmed up like it should be. The only reason I gave it a star was so I could leave a review. I tried to call the store, guess what. No one picks up. I will never order from that store again. I have better luck at the Walmart store.

Just wanted to come on here and let everyone know that that Loretta Boyd that left the last review does nothing but negative reviews. Our sandwiches don’t make people sick period. Everything’s in our store is fresh and prepped daily and it takes longer than immediately to get sick from food poisoning please don’t try to slander us by making false claims thank you.

The subway was OK, but they were out of a lot of things. And because their app wasn’t working right, I lost out on one free sandwich a foot-long if I bought other things because they wouldn’t take it because I didn’t order online even though the site was messed up.

I am vegetarian, so usually outside San Francisco and Bay Area, I have less choices and have to be satisfied with whatever I get and whatever is the taste. Subway comes to my rescue most of the times. This time, we were visiting Death Valley CA but decided to stay at Pahrump NV because that was the closest place where we would get food. First day morning we went to pick up a subway and I was greeted with a pleasant surprise! The sandwich I got was looking like the one in the pictures posted on the wall! I have seen that many Subway franchises try their level best to put minimum veggies to make maximum profits. They assume that the customers are not going anywhere … But this one was different. The sandwich was so full of veggies stuffing, it just satisfied me. Next three days (morning and evenings) in a row, I ate / picked-up from there and found that their standard was consistent.
