I meant to do this the day I got my drink!! What a patient staff and very friendly, I just worked 70 hrs couldn’t remember my drinks name ordered a Carmel thingy!! Finally got it together ordered great coffee, didn’t pay at 1st window just drove on by young lady was so nice . What a great staff you have and very much appreciated!!

I stopped here on my way to Toledo. I ordered an Iced Dunkalatte. Just plain and normal, nothing extra or added and they did not give me what i ordered. I didnt notice til i was back on the highway so it was too late to go back. I also ordered a 10 pack of CHOCOLATE only Munchkins. I was saving them until i got to my destination. When i arrived to Toledo it was a 10 pack of assorted. I hate bluberry and i hate sprinkles. Needless to say, they dont pay attention to what the hell you ask for and just give you whatever they think is necessary. Check your order before you leave!!

Ordered inside, got a coffee with food. Walked up to the register and the worker stood there in silence with a blank expression and stared at me, I had to be the one to say hello… My food was thrown on the counter once it was done and some fell out of the bag onto the counter. Those pissed off teenagers have zero customer service skills or social skills in general.

If you want excellent service and everything correct, go to the DD in Fostoria!! The one in Findlay, the one who runs window is a total AIR head. I have to double check the bag, because her listening skills arebt too bright when taking order. I work in Fostoria, and even on my days off, I would still drive to Fostoria for their DD. The people who work there care about what theyre doing and are more WITH it in the brain.

I placed a mobile order with a drink and two doughnuts to pick up through the drive through as I went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order I was handed a bag with only one donut in it and told to have a good day. I continued to tell the employee that I paid for two donuts that I only got one. She said that they were out of the other flavor to have a good day. I asked if there was another donut I could get in substitute as I already paid for the donut, she very rudely told me to pull forward if I wanted to choose another doughnut. I paid for an item that they were out of and instead of asking for a substitute they were just not going to ignore that I paid for another item… not to mention after we finally got the doughnuts they tasted stale and old. I’m very disappointed in this locations customer service and hospitality!

Went through the drive thru on 4/11 around 4:09 and placed my order and waited at the first window for around 5 minutes and then was asked to move to the second window, I waited an additional 5 minutes I would say and only received one of my drinks. I had order an ice latte and a hot latte.
The kid gave me just one of my drinks and I had said I was missing my hot latte and he just stared at me for a couple of seconds and didn’t say anything. He then comes back out a few minutes later with my other drink that I have ordered.
The “latte” tastes very watered down and I believe since they forgot my hot latte in my order the first time they decided to cut corners and give me a hot coffee instead. gIt tasted absolutely horrible and doesn’t even look right.
The “latte” or should say my hot coffee that I bought went down the drain as it was absolutely awful and it was not what I ordered. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Came through the drive-thru on 10/09 around 8:15pm. I ordered a drink, pulled up and paid. When I received my drink, I said “Thank you” and was given a weird look by the barista and the window was shut in my face. I tried to be polite and was met with disrespect.

Had a mobile order. Employees inside dancing and goofing off and looking at me from inside the store just to tell me to pull forward because they hadn’t finished making it. I never know what it will look like or taste like i get avacado toast with bacon daily it cost extra for the bacon its either covered or looks like this . half the time i have to pull away check it pull back amd have them add the bacon so thats what happens today and this was the bacon they added. Can we get service were paying for or thats not possible ? its always people goofing off at tge window or talking on their phones its not suprising when orders are missing or incorrect , its disappointing because i came feom stopping at starbucks mext door daily so its making me want to return there .

I come here 4-6 times a week!! I love the employees so much, everyone is so friendly and works so fast!
I’ve never had an issue with my food or drinks. Just this morning I came in around 9:45am for a Box of Joe & a Dozen donuts to take to my husbands work. As I was ordering the girl ringing up my order kept a positive attitude, and the girl behind her went straight to work on my box of Joe! It was done fast & I was on my way! I’m very happy to keep shopping here. It’s a 5/5 for me!! Keep up the good work everyone <3
