This Dunkin’ is absolutely a roadside rubbery shop that everyone likes Dunkin’ should stay away from this place. I have ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a coffee early on the last Saturday morning and asked to wait at the next Window for picking up after paid $20 for the order. After about 45 minutes waiting, a guy finally showed up at that window asking us for what has been ordered. We told him our order and asked him be quick since we were in a rush for a morning event (and that is the reason we want to go fast food but not somewhere needs an hour to cook a sandwich). Then later after another half an hour waiting at that window, the guy told us our order is still in processing as they are really busy. We ended up have to run away to catch up the event without anything from there but lost $20. I have never experienced such bad fast food service anywhere else. This Dunkin’ place must have something extremely gone wrong. By the way, the guy took our order has the yellowish hair and a square block shape face. Not sure if that is the guy keeps stealing the customers’ money or just simply gives such bad service as usual.

Paid for a medium (and almost got shorted on my change, had to say something). If my internet search is correct for how many ounces are in a hot medium (12), I barely got a small.

Stood in lobby for 25 minutes. Not one employee even acknowledged I was there. Clear that drive through is the only priority. I understand bring busy. But it’s unacceptable. I had to leave without even being able to order.

Food was sub-par…not hot or fresh tasting. Caramel craze iced coffee was too sweet compared to other Dunkin’s that I’ve had. Hash brows were soggy and greasy.

Was super excited for Dunkin to come to Findlay, opening day my husband brought donuts home and they were very good. But I went in today to see what he said about lack of experience and the employees only disappointed me. Waking in no one greeted you, acknowledged you, or even cared that you were there. 1 register is not enough for a campus town, and 1 employee running it and getting the donuts is not enough. The employee running the register didn’t seem happy to be there, and what completely has turned me off to this establishment is that she was using her gloves to take money and get the donuts. She never once changed gloves or switched hands to not cross contaminate. Wondering by what I saw if the employees even went through food service training. This employee was all alone at the register trying to get donuts for people as well while there were 4 employees including 2 managers just talking and standing around by the coffee station. After working in the food industry I can not ignore some things. Cups and ice all over the floor, leaving an extreme hazard for employees. I expect them to be at their best to WOW FINDLAY during their opening week, day 3 and they can’t seem to work together as a team but have managed to figure out how to stand around and talk and ignore their customers.

Everyone was only worried about servicing the drive-thru. They did not have any type of juice for my son. They were low on donuts at 7:30 AM and I had yo wait nearly 5 minutes fora glass of water for my son. I will not make this mistake again. Go to Fort Findlay or Tim Hortons, they have better service and quality.

Waited 45 minutes in line for our drinks. Maybe 6 cars ahead of us. Ordered with coupons off the mobile app but they made us large drinks instead of mediums so we couldn’t get out coupons. Drinks were watery like they had been sitting there made for awhile so I don’t understand what the wait was for.

I love Dunkin, so I will keep going. However, THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. There’s always, ALWAYS an issue. I go through here everyday and 9/10 I get the wrong coffee as in the person ahead of me, my coffee is completely wrong, or they don’t even ask to pay! I’ve had to circle around and go inside to pay a few times now. Y’all need to shut down for a day and go through training again, a fish could run that place better than any human that works there.

Ordered half a dozen donuts through doordash and when they got here I had to double check the receipt since 4 out of the 6 donuts I ordered were wrong so I got my refund from doordash but when I went about calling the store to see if they just didn’t have the ones I wanted the phone would just ring for a couple seconds then they would end the call. I called a friend after to see if my phone was broken and it worked so they just weren’t answering my call idk but if I were you just go to tim Hortons instead
