It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened “Sizzler Family Steak House” in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Sizzler is the restaurant where America comes to satisfy its appetite with U.S.D.A. Choice steaks cut fresh daily and cooked over an open flame, fresh seafood, and premium craft soup and salads prepared fresh daily.

My server was terrible ordered salad bar she came by once to collect a plate. She did have great attitude initially but I watched her bypass my table several time to clear less cluttered tables. The hostess are great. But my particular server was good to other guests of her ethnicity. Very social and seemingly fun at some points. But not att my table. Everything else was sizzler as usual . Actually compared to other Sizzler’s this one is mediocre at best. Maelea thanks for coming by as I was leaving.

Came here on Sunday around 7 and we were able to sit right away. We ordered the steaks with baked potato, and added a salad bar. Oh their salad bar was very neatly kept, clean and stocked up. I was able to make my salad to my liking and it was so good!!! Got some of the clam chowder soup and crab salad and all was very good! They have so many options to choose from! Our steaks were cooked just the way we asked them too! Everything was so delicious, the place was nice and very clean. The only thing I would like to see would be service with a smile! Definitely coming back.

My waiter MEALEA was very warm welcoming. She has excellent customer service skills. Making sure I was accommodated and taken care of was reassuring. Sizzler is very fortunate to have such a wonderful person as an employee on their team. I definitely look forward to coming back and seeing her. Came in on a Sunday around 5pm, was able to order right away, found ourselves a booth since that’s what we prefer. The waiter came right over and took care of us, food didn’t take long to come out, it was good. No issues at all, our visits are usually just fine. I got what I always get, Malibu chicken & steak with french fries, my mother got two shrimp skewers & a baked potato. We tip, and we would visit more often, but they are a little pricey compared to what they used to charge.

I am very pleased with the Hemet Sizzler. I just want to praise Taylor. He always provides excellent customer service with a smile on his face and a warm greeting. He is attentive and ensures your dining experience is excellent. The food is always delicious and the selection is great. The restaurant can accommodate anywhere from single diners all the way up to large groups. We have had many Women’s Ministry Ladies Night Outs at this location. The atmosphere is very family oriented. Overall I highly recommend Hemet Sizzler.
