Came here for my first night in Atlanta. This was just a short distance from my airbnb and a recommendation from a friend. When I arrived and asked the host how long the wait was she said “I don’t even know” and was kinda flustered with figuring out how to add me to the wait list. They first told me it would be 20-30 mins for a party of 2 and then I got a text for the wait list and it said 0-5 mins for over 30 mins.
I ordered fish and chips (substitute for fries instead of their house chips) The food presentation was nice but the taste was lacking. The fish was overcooked at some spots making it so hard. The French fries were overcooked as well making for the insides of the fry to be hollow. I ended up only eating one fish piece and left majority of the fries. It was a complete let down, especially being that the portion of fish was tiny compared to the mountain of fries given. Hushpuppies were more like a savory dry doughnut than the traditional cornmeal ball.
Highlight of the meal was only their house made sauce it was served with.

This is a place for drinks and good vibes. Not great seafood. And given this is supposed to be a seafood restaurant – I give it three stars. When we arrived, we were very happy. The building is very cool; they have an amazing outdoor patio. Our server was extremely nice, and their menu seemed diverse and exciting. The drink menu is fun, and we all ordered beers or cocktails. When we got the food, all of the compliments stopped. No one’s food was gross but it was all extremely mid and given the high prices we expected more. I had the toughest shrimp I’ve ever had in my entire life. The seasoning was good but it was cooked obviously very poorly. The hush puppy, on the other hand, was very tasty. Everyone around the table was unimpressed with their food and there was no talk about coming back here by the end of the meal. So long story short, come here for the drinks in the outdoor patio and leave the overpriced and poorly prepared seafood.

My place to go to get the best fish stew in Atlanta! Six Feet Under got my back when I’m out for long hours doing events, it’s my place to go to get quality nutritions when everyone is already closed!

Nice place to eat in the ATL. Not too pricey. Delicious steak and shrimp meals, both were very good. It was a great night to eat out on the patio with great food, well done.

Perfectly patio for a party! We sat at the bar and had the gumbo and the ceviche. We had one cocktail and one glass of wine and found everything to be on point. Nice atmosphere and good music piped in, not too loud. Devin the manager is fully engaged. We were planning a party there, so we took the tour and found everything to be fine. Except we didn’t know. This place was cashless. For us, that was fine. But for others, I guess you would hope they know this before they start ordering. Found this to be a cool little joint with a good menu in great bar service. Classic Pub and Fish House. Only gave 4 stars because I wanted to see a Fish House offering raw oysters on the half shell on the menu, but that’s just me being picky… I’d go back to this place anytime.

All good. Loved it. Need more sausage in gumbo less onions. Great vibe service and food.

Such a great place! I already love the original location and was happy to find another on this side of town. Food is consistently on point and they have a great wine selection. The seafood boil, fried baskets, fried okra and hush puppies are top of my list. I tried the grouper sandwich recently and it was wonderful as well. Make sure to ask for tartar sauce and/or remoulade sauce to dip the hush puppies in!!

We enjoyed lunch here after not being able to find parking at the Jazz Fest. We love fish and thought we’d like to try it out and we were not disappointed! The patio is awesome, well built, and decorated in a fun way. The service was outstanding (thank you Liz!), the food was mostly delicious, and the beer was super cold. We ordered the catfish tacos which were outstanding, the seafood combo (fried oysters, fried calamari and jalapenos, and fried cod) was just ok…a bit greasy and the calamari was overcooked and chewy, we also ordered a bunch of onion rings and they were amazing! Definitely recommend, but maybe stay away from the combos.

I love coming to get the baked scallops and shrimp. Its one of my favorites.
The restaurant itself has fantastic seafood and non seafood options. They do well by focusing on a few items and doing them phenomenally rather then over loading thier menus with a lot of things and doing subpar.
The desserts are also super fantastic!
Staff is your typically staff, however they always have smiles on thier faces and whether you are thier table or not some always comes by making sure you are not in want or need of anything.

The atmosphere was nice, the service was good and the server was very sweet. 19 dollars for a Calamari that had more peppers than calamari was a bit disappointing, the mocktails we ordered were mostly taken up by the two huge ice cubes and were not worth the 10 dollars each we paid for them in my opinion. The combo basket gives you lots, a good portion, the salmon BLT was good and the salmon was seasoned nicely. I liked the zucchini fries a lot, they were very tasty. Some of the fish and fried okra had way too much breading on it. I think the restaurant has a good variety of foods to try, but I think some things are more worth your money than others.
Overall, service and atmosphere was great. Most of the food was good, if overpriced for what you receive.
