We are a family run BBQ restaurant. We offer great real wood smoked BBQ in a fast casual setting. You can Dine In, Take Out, or order Catering for your event. We also offer onsite cooking or drop off catering with our handcrafted BBQ trailer. We service all sizes of parties- everything from weddings, birthdays, family reunions, and tailgate events. Wow, I have been all over trying BBQ and this place is second to none. I am always disappointed in brisket everywhere I go, however The Youngstown BBQ Co has set the high bar for brisket, and it is a very high bar. The pork belly is also exceptionally. All of the side were terrific. Very reasonable prices.
This place is worth a detour ( maybe even a plane trip), again, wow. Thank you for mastering the art of BBQ.

The looks I got when I walked in. I mean even the few customers that were in there everybody looked up at me. I spoke. No one spoke back. Please see pictures below of the food. Mac salad was dry. Brisket was old. Pork belly was mushy. Cheesy potatoes were old no flavor. No receipt was offered. My meal was $2 more than what the online menu said.

Great BBQ! Depending on personal preference, I would say this is the best BBQ in the area. Fair prices and plenty of options. Standouts include the brisket, pork belly, ribs, chicken thighs, brisket burgers, and apple dump cake. The last two aren’t always on the menu.
They have different homemade BBQ sauces. My favorite is the Jalapeño sauce. It is surprisingly sweet. Like a thick honey BBQ sauce with a little Jalapeño spice but not very hot.
The brisket burgers are a weekly special. Ground up brisket formed into a patty. Delicious, huge, and a great value. The burgers are only available on Saturdays. This is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). They have a lot of other sandwich options on the daily menu.
They also have different dessert options. The apple dump cake is incredible!
It is recommended that you call ahead of time to place your order before they sell out, which happens often and early. I just call around noon for a pickup time around 4pm to 5pm. Ask about their weekly specials. The menu in store has new/rotating items that aren’t shown on the “basic” everyday menu that you’ll probably find online. If you prefer, check their Facebook for specials/updates.
Pretty much the only negative is that they close kind of early but I understand why.
The employees and guys that run this place are great. Very friendly and customer focused. If I ever need catering for an event I’m definitely going to hit them up.

My last two experiences with Ytown bbq were the best two meals I’ve ever had.
One meal was a lunch of spare ribs and fried rice. The other was brisket, coleslaw, and pickled red onion leftovers we had catered for our company Christmas party. Both meals couldn’t be more different. Both meals made me emotional.
The family, the food, and the way they keep getting better each year is the why behind my review. The best BBQ USA is in the 330. Great job guys.

I’ve lived all over the United States, including Texas, and their pulled pork sandwich truly reminds me of authentic Texas barbecue from the bun to the homemade sauce. I’m not usually a turkey fan, but their smoked turkey is absolutely amazing. And the cheesy potatoes? They’re fantastic as well.
I will definitely be back. I also love that it’s a small business, which I personally value and enjoy supporting.

Ytown BBQ is THE BEST BBQ I have ever tried. I’m a foodie and have tried a lot. It almost pains me to say it because I have even been to Michael Symon’s place ( Food Network host for all you non foodies) and this is hands down much better. They catered my wedding last year ( I procrastinate, I admit. I don’t know how I ever planned my wedding). They are local and family owned, which is what I wanted for my wedding. They made the wedding process so much easier in me by helping me every step of the way, answering my million questions ( my friends say I’m made of questions), and graciously tolerated several menu changes ( I do not recommend doing this, everything is delicious, I just change my mind a lot). They went above and beyond the day of so I didnt have to worry about a thing. They even made my husband and I each a sampler plate because they knew we were too busy to help ourselves. I would highly recommend! I’m looking for excuses to throw tailgate parties so I can have more of this deliciousness in my life! I’m not even a football fan but I’ll pretend for the BBQ.

We just tried Youngstown BBQ for the first time and can honestly say it’s at the top of our list for the best BBQ in the area. The meats are exceptional, the sauces are delicious, and the sides they offer are just incredible. The cheesy potatoes and brisket changed my life! The service was so quick and the staff was so friendly, we will definitely be regulars here and cannot recommend this place enough!

Youngstown BBQ is an absolute hidden gem. The BBQ melts in your mouth, and their specials are to die for—seriously, get them before they sell out. The Pasquale brothers know exactly how to run a top-notch spot. Great food, great people, and a place you’ll come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

We got the pork ribs and brisket. Very big portions. The meat was moist, delicious, and flavorful.
The hospitality was excellent too. Everyone was so helpful, informative, and friendly.
