Food was delicious! This is a new restaurant located inside Buffalo Lanes bowling alley so you gotta come inside to enjoy the food. We ordered the all American burgers and the smash burger. In case you were wondering yes the smash burger is made with two doughnuts as the bun and according to my brother it was a 10/10. Can wait to try the rest of their food!

My daughter wanted to eat here because she came with her auntie before, so I decided to try it. Never again! The staff was nice but the owner was not nice at all when I told her I wanted “plain” wings and when they came out they had seasoning on them and she proceeded to explain to ME how to season chicken… she tells me that they put the seasoning on after they come out of the grease, then that is not plain! I told her that’s ok, just refund me. She was rude and had a very nasty tone. Her staff was very nice and asked me what was wrong, she then came back out to do the refund. Customer service is everything and I will not support this business anymore. I am an entrepreneur and I know that your attitude is everything. And the food took forever. And I had 8 wings and a tender basket, personal pizza. It’s sad because they have a great location but a lot of the reviews say the same thing.

I saw the previous reviews about the rude staff and figured maybe they were just exaggerating, but let me tell you that they are not. We had my daughter’s birthday at the bowling alley today and everyone who was working at the bowling alley was super nice! One of these “sisters” came over to confirm our food order and she was nice enough while I paid and preemptively left a tip on the birthday party order which let me tell you I regret. They did bring the pizzas to our party room as promised and cups/plates, but no napkins. Our drinks were also missing. I went to the counter to ask and both people working were very rude and rolled their eyes at me while I asked for napkins and inquired about where our drink pitchers were. I don’t understand why it was necessary to be so distasteful. If I could avoid giving them business again in the future I will. If you plan to eat there while at the bowling alley, just know that they will probably be very nasty to you.

The food was delicious!!! My husband and I both had the Philly cheesesteak and it was by far the best either of us have ever had! So fresh and flavorful!! The staff were very friendly and helpful with answering our questions about the menu!

Veeerrrry slow. Everything I ordered on the menu they were out of. Food was greasy. I ordered the hamburger and cheese eggs rolls and they were greasy and tasteless. The fries were under cooked. With all that said tho I’m willing to try it ONE more time because everyone deserve a second chance, right? Lol oh and its a family thats been sitting here for about an hour still waiting on food smh

I have not eaten the food. But I sat there once when the place was basically empty. My family and I were sitting there trying to figure out what we were going to do because the bowling alley was closed for league only. The waitress came up and said if we’re not eating we couldn’t sit there. As I said, the place was empty, but that experience was so rude , I definitely don’t plan on going back for the food.

Got sick after eating here. Didn’t want to bowl anymore so I let my kids go play in the arcade while I sat in the restaurant there because I didn’t feel good (because the food made me sick). Got asked to leave because I was no longer eating. Absolutely rude staff and customer service.
