We love Sirloin Stockade! The salad bar Is stocked with the freshest salad fixings as well as my favorites broccoli salad and pea salad. The food bar offers an appealing variety no matter what you are hungry for. My favorite is the fried chicken and they’re yummy chicken noodle soup. Top off your meal with a wonderful dessert bar complete with ice cream and toppings. It’s a great value and everyone can get what they like.

Wow! Was traveling across the country, when the group decided to stop and have dinner at Sirloin Stockade. Everyone there was super friendly and the food was really good! Lots of options, steak, seafood, chicken, salad bar, and plenty of good deserts! Highly recommend visiting!

Even though we showed up just before closing, the staff acted like the shift just started. They were friendly, respectful and accommodating. The buffet was fresh and full and steaks were cooked to perfection. It was date night, and Sirloin Stockade made the perfect ending.

An older brand that hasn’t really changed much. The buffet choices are mostly the same as what I remembered from maybe 20 yrs ago last time I was at a Sirloin Stockade. Which is maybe a good thing, it was the middle of the afternoon and the place was full of mostly elderly folks who one might assume will like things just how they are!

Never fails for excellent food constantly. Always busy and the locals definitely know where to eat in Carthage. The owner… along with all of his employees… are absolute pleasures. One time dropped by on my lunch break for a steak and didn’t realize until after eating my wallet was in my car a good 30 miles away. He let me use the phone to have my employer verify it was in the passenger seat of my car… and told me it was absolutely no problem and we would settle up next time. Ended up there again about two weeks later and did exactly that. Just great folks and great food!

Visit once, went twice and to say that I would like my husband to take me there for my bday would say enough. Very clean place, not a Golden Coral buffet in size, much smaller, but enough to suffice your cravings. The food is over A+, family environment and the service is excellent. They will even help those elderly customers to carry their drinks to the table or help them with anything. All of them are very attentive. If I recommend this place? Absolutely..

If ever in carthage mo stay away from Sirloin stockade.first off ordered a medium rare steak that came out looking done, and then when I paid with a credit card they took my receipt w/ the account number on it, and would not give me the right receipt back, just printed out a different receipt and gave me one with out the account number on it, very shady place, I will not be back, lesson learned.
