This was my first visit to a Culvers in years and I was kind of disappointed. While the employees were very nice, the food took almost 20 minutes to get. I cant say if this is typical or not, the restaurant was busy but not too bad. We also noticed that some of the pints of custard in the display case had expired by several days, so I would recommend checking the date before purchasing.

This place always provides fantastic value, alas I’m not just talking about the food. The service is consistently above par, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. Kudos to Michelle for continuing that tradition! Great service truly does add to the dining experience.

Man. . . I was ready to like this place. Heard it’s a cult-classic. But long story short, wait over 30 minutes for my food, over 5 being the next customer to be served. Ok fine, I’ve waited a while for good burger. I’m willing. Nope. It tasted like a burger out of a highschool cafeteria. I mean that literally. It was dry, tiny, and tasted of cheap beef with the fainted hint of salt. And it’s not even cheap. I’d rather have Burger King for this price, and man I HATE Burger King .

To start the restaurant was extremely clean. Th staff was fantastic and polite. I would have given them a 5 but it took 2 trips from the server and one trip from us to the counter because they didn’t get all of our food. We asked twice then just went to the counter to get what was missing.
The food was great but I am always let down when I pay $8 for a burger that is very small.
Other than that they were fantastic.
The music was just the right volume. People were talking and enjoying the food.
It was a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Like I said everything was great just the small things that make you say ugh.

I am absolutely blown away.
This was our first time at this location. We went inside and ordered our food, then went to go sit down. Most all the tables were dirty, but they were really busy, so whatever, not a big deal- we used a napkin to wipe off our table.
We sat down and waited around 20 minutes before our food finally arrived, only to realize my friends food had gotten rang up wrong and so they gave her the wrong thing. She said something and they worked on the correct meal, which took about 10-15 additional minutes to be sent to our table. She set the incorrect meal to the side of the table to bring home later since they let her keep it.
I ate while she waited for her correct meal, and my grilled cheese, a vegetarian item, was covered with meat from the grill and tasted like meat. Some parts of the bread were so hard and chewy that I couldn’t eat it. The fries were overcooked, old, and greasy. The sodas tasted flat. The women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting with only one usable stall.
I kept noticing ants crawling on me and on the table, which was gross. Then we noticed the meal that she had set aside to bring home later was COVERED with ants… they were just absolutely swarming it. I mean how is this even possible??
Against our better judgement, we decided to use the table QR code to order ice cream for dessert. We waited and waited, 25 minutes went by and nobody ever brought it out, so we went up to the counter. They had not even made it!! When my friend did get her malt, it was not even fully blended.
I have NEVERRRR in my life had an experience this bad at a culvers, or rarely a restaurant in general this bad. I am completely blown away. I will never ever come back here and I would not trust eating the food. What an absolute insult and waste of money.

Just had my very 1st horrible dining experience at Culver’s. I am both amazed and disappointed. The cashier was rude, dismissive, and replied to simple queries with dead pan face and total INACCURACIES. It was wild. If the menu is RIGHT ABOVE YOUR HEAD, fact check, turn around, phone friend, something! To be treated so poorly, and drop $40+ plus dollars (2 People) was insulting. But, we made conversation about it and just prayed someone ELSE would deliver to our table. Nope. Same rude, dismissive Team Member. WORSE. Any additional requests we made were completely ignored. Requiring a return to the counter to reorder. Wow.

Took 40 minutes to get my food after they did not print my receipt. Countless workers walking past serving those behind me without even acknowledging me. Then they give me 3 disgusting fish sticks instead of the 4 chicken strips I ordered. And they forget the condiments. Go to this Culver’s if you are trying to kill time, don’t care what kind of food you are getting, and like eating horrible things.

Bought 2 burgers one with regular condiments and a butter burger with cheese plain cheese burger they gave me two burgers with the same condiments tomato, onion, and pickles and lettuce WHEN IT SHOULD BE A PLAIN BURGER!!!!

This place would be good if management changed. You have mangers just sitting down on their phone and not helping out. Employees smell like weed, Mike never washes his hands, the general manager is never there and if he is there he comes out and acts like he is helping out. There are probably about 5 employees that are actually good decent people. They don’t know how to read directions when making the food. The manager Dewayne gets mad if he has to remake food due to their mistakes, but Bambi will give it away for free. In my opinion it’s not worth your time or money to be spend at this establishment

Culver’s! I really cannot say enough good about this business. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my chip card and one team member input the numbers by hand.
My go to is the double deluxe basket. Always a favorite of mine. Every burger is made to order, so you always get fresh food. Fries are crispy but fluffy and the toppings are always crisp.
Great deals for every individual taste. Get yourself some butterburgers. Stop reading and just go.
