we finished our meals and decide to get two ice creams cones. it should take 2 mins for the cashier who is free to give it. but he cannot. they system won’t process for 20 mins. As there is 20 minutes of drive through and mobile orders to process before this order shows up.
The drive through lines are very long in the evenings. Their order fulfillment system goes is same line for whole drive through and even if inside is not busy is a long wait.
around 15-20 mins wait a supervisor helped get the order. Good food but not a fun environment.
And they need vegetarian options.

Quick drive through to pick up my mobile order. I love there is a lane just for driving through to get your order. I used to hate having to wait in line for people trying to place order when i just wanted to pick up. Everything went smoothly

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A. The delivery orders don’t seem to get much attention. I had to wait a long time for my order while several employees were standing around and not actively helping. It felt like delivery customers were not a priority. I hope management can improve the efficiency and pay more attention to online and delivery orders.

Reem was so wonderful with my catering order I picked up a few days ago. She was very detailed with how it was all organized, even mentioning if I accidentally clicked I didn’t need plates. I did! She said not to worry and pulled them together and helped me out to my car.
I really hope she sees this because it was so refreshing to see her bright attitude and smile being so helpful at 7:45 am. Thank you, Reem!

Absolutely love the Chick-fil-A in Fairfax City. Every visit is positive, but today was especially great. The employee who helped us was incredibly kind, genuinely welcoming, and had such a great sense of humor—it truly made our day. You can tell the staff here actually care about their customers and enjoy what they do. Consistently excellent service, friendly faces, and a great atmosphere. This location sets the standard for customer service.

The second brush is still cured by Alicia’s smile! The signature chicken breast sandwich sits firmly on the throne, and the new fish burger is hard to shake. Although the children’s meal only with chicken nuggets slightly regrettable, lemonade sugar overload, but now french fries + indoor playground has made the bear children quiet as chicken. Parking during peak hours is abusive, but for this crispy and juicy golden fried chicken – worth it!

!!!! They have an inside playground !!!! Ok now that we are clear about that. Let me say this Chick-fil-A is THE BEST!!! The manager is so sweet she is always cheerful and welcoming. The playground is clean and kept well. Employees have it together and it’s a smooth running pattern, per usual Chick-fil-A. We travel past another location to come here because they are so welcoming and friendly and have the indoor playground.

The new spicy pretzel club meal at 14$ was pretty lousy. I got it for my son and he agreed it was a ripoff that he didn’t want to finish. Service was good. Didn’t go inside, but at that price I felt trapped in the drive thru or I would’ve supported a local business.

I’m not sure if they heard our order wrong or something, but we clearly ordered 4 deluxe sandwich meals. We were given 2 sandwiches that had all the ingredients and 2 with only bread and chicken. They should be grateful I enjoy their chicken quality regardless. However, better service is needed.
