We absolutely loved our experience & can’t wait to come back! Thank you for helping make Holly an even better place.
They also have tables, which makes it a great spot to get work or homework done while enjoying a drink. Such a cute, fun, & cozy place all around. We will definitely be back!
EDIT: Business response. I did not come during peak time. There was a single party in there and she was able to start on our order right away. Again, I was NOT there during the event owner is describing. I hold what I say. For specificities, I was not impressed with the roast of the espresso. And the bagel was greasy. It was not bad. I never said it was bad. Owner was very nice. I understand that she has just opened. Do not take my words as insult. Price was higher than food/drink quality. That can be because of a lot of things. I understand that.
This place has everything: rustic horsegirl chic, small town charm that somehow feels illegal, and the kind of coffee that makes you question why you ever trusted a drive thru. It’s tucked into an alley like a Prohibition speakeasy for people who say “I’ll just have a latte” but mean an experience.
You walk in and it’s like if a barn, a Pinterest board, and a therapist’s waiting room had a beautiful, caffeine addicted baby. It’s giving Safe Space, equestrian vibes, and baristas who look like they could either make you a perfect cortado or help you emotionally process a breakup.
The drinks? Chef’s kiss. We’re talking espresso so smooth it whispers affirmations to you. Seasonal flavors that feel like fall wrote you a love letter. And if you’re feeling wild, yes …there’s probably something with cinnamon, coconut milk (iykyk), and a name that sounds like it was invented by a romance novelist.
This place is great for everyone: moms escaping their kids, artists pretending to work on a screenplay, women supporting women and I once saw a human dressed as a Christmas tree in this place. Not even fibbing.
So if you’re anywhere close Holly and you want coffee that says, “I’m cute, I’m cool, and deserve a treat,” saddle up because Sip & Saddle is the ride of your life. ☕️
