Been there couple of times.
I ordered Taquitos. When I got back to my office, they had basically melted into the styrofoam container. I couldn’t go back and had to trash them. Not sure why they wrap the top in foil but leave the bottom bare.
Their Tuesday special on their window is a joke. They don’t honor it but rather, try to sell you something else.
Is CC surcharge legal?

I ordered a half order of panchos nachos and a full order of carne asada fries. He read my order back to me. Called the order out correctly for me to get it from the counter- and it was wrong! Three carne asada tacos and it looked to be a half order of fries…. I was so disappointed. I was really looking forward to the nachos I ordered.

Quite possibly the worst. How do you cook hard potatoes? You don’t cook them. The lady at the front desk always charges more then the price, CC surcharge I guess even when you pay cash. She has said rude things in Spanish when I ask any questions to the cook. Honestly I wouldn’t feed my dog this food.

Came to Panchos today for a breakfast burrito to-go. I ordered the chorizo burrito. The potatoes were way undercooked and there was eggshells in my burrito. I instantly became sick and lost me appetite after that. I instantly felt very nauseous. I’ll probably never order here again. So gross & disappointing!!!

This place needs to be stopped. I’ve been there twice and the first time I got a bean and cheese burrito, and they couldn’t even do that right. The second and most recent time I went resulted in this review. Never in my 20 years of living have I ever had a Mexican ” Authentic ” food place give me rolled tacos with GROUND BEEF & RICE for the filling. If I wanted ground beef and rice I would’ve made it. THIS PLACE IS A DISSAPOINTMENT TO REAL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN cuisine

Tried the California burrito and was disappointed it didn’t come with sour cream, and even though I asked for crispy fries, there were very few and they were mushy. The carne asada was so oily it dripped all over my plate.
On the positive side, they do have a good salsa selection, and my kid enjoyed his kids roll tacos, so maybe other menu items are better.
Eating inside felt like a circus. The cook was whistling like he was auditioning for Snow White, the cashier was on speakerphone sharing her whole call with the room, and the TV was pure static like a horror movie. Sensory overload. Next time I’ll grab food to go and hope for a better dish.

Chorizo with eggs! They will serve breakfast menu during lunch. I ordered it on a plate with tortillas on the side. Cooked just right. Nice service, ample portions.
Salsa is so good. Their condiments include fresh lime wedges, radish, onions, cilantro, and multiple salsas.
I will definitely be returning with my whole crew yar!!!
