Never ordering from here again. We’ve order 3 times in the past 2 months. First time placed to go order over the phone, I was quoted 20-25 min, arrived at the 25 min mark and was told it would be another 10-15. I waited 1 hour for my food.
Second time ordered through grub hub and was quoted 25 minutes. Arrived at the 25 min mark and waited another 40 minutes for food that was completely wrong.
Third time I ordered online and was quoted 30 minutes. I arrive at 35 min mark and was told it would be another 7-9 minutes. I waited an additional 20 minutes. The photos attached are from today’s visit. Fries are still dripping oil and are so soggy you can’t even pick one up without it falling apart. While inside the establishment today a receipt fell on the floor, the flattop cook picked it up, set it on the counter, and proceeded to cook without washing his hands or changing gloves. Also buckets of sauce are just sitting on the floor.

Very friendly staff, ordered Steak Hoagie.
Asked for extra onion and mushroom and no banana peppers.
Had very little onion and mushroom and there were banana peppers in it. I don’t eat those as I feel the juice takes from the taste of the meat and house hoagie sauce so I really don’t know what the actual food tastes like because all I tasted was the banana peppers.
May give them another try as I do like supporting local businesses owners.

Best hoagie I ever had. I don’t even have a picture because I couldn’t put it down. Chicken, steak, peppers and a ton of cheese just oozing out the sides. I ate the sub and had an entire meal of extra hoagie contents sitting in my foil to snack on. Worth the price for sure.

I just have to say while it is a bit pricey when i got my sub and tasted it I understood why. I have had a lot of steak hoagies in my time but this one by far is the best one I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this anyone. It was a bit of a wait but it’s because the food is soo good and it’s expected. I will be back again and again. Really wish I could have gotten a piece of that strawberry crunch cheesecake because it sounds amazing and looks amazing but it sells quiiickkk lol

Food was trash. Waited over an hour after placing order online. Workers gave my wife nothing but attitude when she went to pick up the food and then stood there and waited 30 more minutes. My fries were cold and undercooked dripping in grease. The sub was soaked in grease you had to eat it with a fork. Called to complain and got the ring around from the owner. Don’t recommend at all

Place leaves sauces out on the counters. Grilled onions and banana peppers just chillin in lexans under the counter. Bucket of SAUCE on the floor?! Call the health dept. Stopped eating here when they first opened and we got sick, and this is exactly why. I’m reminded every time I pick up dash orders have us waiting so long when everything is literally left out in front of them. What gives?!

One of the best steak hoagie around and the owners story is great. I usually get the bogo through the app and usually never have to wait. Never had any issues with service.

OMG! Good! We had the steak & cheese combo and the salmon and cheese (w/ cajun honey sauce) combo. Combos come with fresh cut fries too . We LOVED it all and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!!!
Oh and the strawnerry crunch cheesecake was a hit too. You definitely want this! Its a must place to go in South Buffalo, NY.
