This is a long post please bear with me…My family and I went to Sins on 12/6/2025 for dinner. We had been many times previously when they were under old ownership. We have also been here many times under this new ownership, but for drinks only. This was our first time eating since a new owner took over. I will start by saying that the bar has always been great. I looked at the menu and ordered the grilled chicken breast with sautéed veggies ( the photo in the menu shows zucchini, squash, carrots, baby corn, cauliflower etc) my husband ordered a gluttony burger (cooked medium). When the food arrived my chicken was RAW inside. COMPLETELY RAW and my husband’s burger was WELL done. They also gave me sweet potato fries with my meal. When I showed the waitress the raw chicken she was shocked and immediately took it away before I could get a picture of it. I’ve never worked in the restaurant industry, but even I know there are standard cooking times for certain foods. It’s is absolutely unacceptable to serve someone RAW chicken. The chicken look lightly seared at best. She asked if I wanted anything else so I ordered the salmon (cooked medium). She came back with the sautéed vegetables and it was a bowl of red and white onions with TWO baby corn and a few carrot slices, a red and green pepper. It was also doused with something very spicy (which the menu doesn’t mention) I assume to try to cover the fact that it was bowl of onions. They eventually brought the salmon and it was like a dry piece of unseasoned wood I took two bites and wouldn’t eat anymore. When the waitress came to the table and saw the basically full salmon sitting there, she asked what was wrong, and I explained to her that it was dry and unseasoned, not like the medium that I had requested. When I asked to speak to the manager a young man named Emanuel came over and introduced himself as the manager/owner. As I began to explain the situation to him he said he was aware of what happened, but at no point did he come to our table to personally apologize or address the situation. The waitress said she would remove my order from the bill, but she didn’t. So we still paid for all the awful food and I still went home hungry. Emanuel invited us to return for 50% off of our meal, but I don’t think that we will return.

The restaurant decorations and atmosphere was totally worth beach vibes and trendy!
Live music was the highlight of the night!!
After a long busy business week this restaurant is perfect to relax and share with friends.
The octopus, the calamari fries , guacamole and sauces were perfect combination for the evening
The cocktail drinks if you are a lover of margaritas here they have a great selection I tried the watermelon margarita was sweet and refreshing!
Maribel our waitress was attentive and very sweet. Great experience all the way around!!

I describe this place as a beautiful family because the employees and the people you meet there are incredibly warm and welcoming. Leslie and Cami are the sweetest, most attentive team members they always greet me with a big smile and a hug, which makes the experience even more special. Michelin style cuisine, completely understated restaurant experience. The prices are a great value for the culinary experience. Chefs balance of sexy, flavorful dishes were exquisitely divine. Many menu items for every palate. The service was friendly and welcoming. Alejandra was our server and had smile that warmed the heart. I felt like I was surrounded by beauty. There is sidewalk patio seating with a lounge vibe, only to be surprised by leather tufted seating inside. Live music. The decor is a vibe like you are in an industrial rainforest, even the bathrooms were clean and inviting. There is heart and soul here! Enjoy!

Leslie is AMAZING! I have never gone to a place with such consistency at happy hour with drinks. So much so I am here almost every Sunday and she knows my drinks and the order in which they come. Sweetest personality, great ambience and amazing service. 20/10 recommend. I’ve been telling all of my friends about here and the happy hour. Happy hours everywhere else doesn’t compare

Hurry before the rest of the world discovers this place! Fantastic food, served expertly by Nina (our fearless server who took care of my birthday dinner with skill and nerve!), in a gorgeously appointed restaurant. The full bar does not disappoint, and we kept the bartender busy with multiple sangria orders. The charcuterie board is a must, along with the shrimp appetizer. For dinner, I had a perfectly grilled churrasco steak, and my wife had the short rib which was also amazing and tender. In short, everything is delicious, and Nina will take good care of you, so hurry up and get in here before it becomes too popular.

This place is amazing. Lay, the bartender was spectacular. Camila and Leslie were amazing as well. We loved our Cosmo and the Ay Mijo cocktail was fire. I had so much fun with my girlfriends during ladies night on a Sunday night!!! The grilled octopus and Mussels are a must! ✨
