These pictures of Sinclair’s Bakery breads and pastries were used to make my friends jealous. (and it worked) They taste just as good as they look. Mark is an artist at his craft and I recommend driving the extra mile or (1000 miles in my case )to get some. Truly a treat to any ones day. Without a doubt Mark has the best pastries in the valley, and the best I’ve ever tasted. His cheese danish and croissants are stupid good. That being said, everything I’ve ever tried is great and you can tell he makes everything with love. Be sure to check him out at the Bozeman winter farmers market or the Big Sky summer farmers market.

Mark makes the MOST incredible bread and pastries. His croissants and tarts are flaky, buttery and just perfectly baked. During the early pandemic shutdown, my husband and I started ordering weekly, and it’s become the highlight of our weekends to have these wonderful fresh treats magically appear.

I drive over an hour each way to get my Sinclair’s Bakery fix! I can’t live without his Buckwheat Flax bread. So hearty and delicious! I have never found any bread that comes close to the flavor. And I need Sinclair’s apple strudel to eat on the drive home. Best I’ve ever had.

These pastries are to die for! My favorite is the cheese danish, but the bearclaw is amazing, the savory croissants (ham & cheese, and spinach artichoke) are mouth-watering, and my family’s favorite is the cherry danish. Not to mention the bread! If you’re lucky enough to snag a warm baguette from the truck, it will make your day! You can’t go wrong with ANYTHING from Sinclair’s!

Mark is a master baker & artisan, creating bread with the perfect crumb and chewy crust without the gumminess often found with sourdough. The potato rolls are delicious for burgers and sandwiches and hold up unlike more fragile brioche buns. It may be his pastries though that create the mile long line at Bozeman and Big Sky farmers markets! Worth getting up early for!
