We went to Simply That for dinner last Saturday as a party of six. The lady who helped us was very nice and took our order correctly. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the order was completely wrong.
We ordered basil fried rice with tofu, but what we received was just plain fried rice with no basil at all. After taking a few bites, we realized it wasn’t what we ordered. When we mentioned it, we were told they have a new chef and that the mistake was his fault.
We have been coming here for a long time and have never had this issue before, which made this experience especially disappointing. After this visit, we won’t be coming back.

First visit to this restaurant. We ordered two appetizers, the bang bang shrimp and the vegetable spring rolls. Both were delicious. Seating was a little uncomfortable on wooden seats adventures with no pads. I had red curry shrimp and my associate had the spicy noodle shrimp. I like hers more than mine. And I have to admit their sweet tea was very good. This was a good find.

My husband surprised me and took me here for my birthday and OMG it was so amazing! Our bartender/server was the best I’ve ever had, it was so magical to just sit outside under the strings of lights and eat. And the FOOD! It was to die for. If you like sushi this is where you want to be I’d happily eat there everyday, it’s a good thing it’s an hour away for us or I’d be in trouble! But seriously if it’s a toss up for you… GO you won’t be disappointed!

Very cute place. Nice bar. Quaint restaurant with great food, cool drinks and attentive service. Plenty of parking in rear which is a real plus in this small town.
I had the cashew chicken over white rice. Friend had the vegan tofu. Both of us enjoyed our dinners, found them filling and tasty. I’ll have lots left over for tomorrow as serving sizes are large

Tucked away in a charming Jamestown location, Simply Thai offers authentic Thai cuisine & sushi.
The restaurant is fairly small with limited seating, so I would recommend making a reservation if you plan to visit during peak times/on the weekend.
The food & drinks that we ordered were quite delicious and I enjoyed each course!
However, I removed one star because the service was quite unimpressive & we didn’t receive the drinks that we ordered when we first sat down until we had finished our meal and were ordering dessert.
Overall I had a good experience and would recommend if you’re looking for some deliciously authentic Thai food!

Overall a good experience. I had the drunken noodles and the Thai chili margarita which I loved. My husband was disappointed with his duck lad nar. The duck was cooked well but the sauce was a little lacking in flavor, however we definitely would go back! Service was good!
