I had high hopes, but food was mediocre to bad and the service was nonexistent. Arrived here during lunch hour and the place was empty but for ourselves, a business duo, and a single gentleman who was eating from the buffet. We got the lamb korma—sauce was decent, lamb wasn’t tender enough though. Samosa chaat was delicious, but chicken pakora was cooked until it was cardboard stiff and dried. I told the server, who didn’t seem to care that we didn’t touch the dish nor wished to take it home. The naan was mediocre. The rice was mediocre, and filled with mostly broken grains.

Love this place, very warm and inviting atmosphere. It has become my favourite Indian place in Columbus. Very good and fresh food. Taste depends on the day of the week, they must have lots of different cooks, but it’s always good. Buffet is decent as well, must try with the Chaat Bar. Servers are very good, professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is from Columbus or visiting.

I been to b’day party and buffet lunch both the times it was good. The good thing about this buffet compared to other restaurants in Columbus is the choices. In saffron you see lot of varieties in buffet and also they have chat buffet which is addition. Good staff and quick service. Must visit. They have sizzler which they make on hot grill and it will be a must eat. They have some nice rice as well compared to regular biryanis.

Went in a Sunday night. Took the family and we all enjoyed the buffet. Service was great, getting water and water jug on table was nice as I drink a lot of water. Buffet was great. Soup, bread, curries of all sorts, but my favorite was the chili chicken. So perfectly spicy. Some nice coconut rice and hauva mix for dessert. They also had a chaat bar. Will try that next time. Can’t wait to come back. My 9 year old boy loved it also.

It’s one of the best restaurants in Columbus with great ambiance and food quality in reasonable prices.
Last time we had lunch buffet, It was good.
This time we ordered Veg appetizers platter, Paneer kulcha, pav bhaji and Veg manchurian. Appetizers and Paneer kulcha were really very delicious and balanced in sense of spices. Can’t say about Pav bhaji, It tasted like something else! It was good but didn’t taste like authentic bhaji. Veg manchurian was too salty. I don’t recommend Indo-Chinese menu to people who prefer mild spice level.
Overall it was a good experience. Service was great, they make sure we are having good time. 🙂

Food was an average, not real Indian flavors added. Looks like they have amateur chef making dishes using random spices rather perfect mix of the veggies and spices. Ordered Veg Jalfrezi Dish and they brought completely different veg mixture and also the dish was almost raw (Broccoli is not an ingredient for Jalfrezi). Can’t believe they took the dish twice inside twice to fix it but still didn’t get it right. It went untouched and still had to pay for. Not sure how it was for other dishes but truely wasn’t that great experience which would bring me back to this restaurant again.

I’ve been here twice, so far. The first time we went to the buffet. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The second time, we ordered off the menu and had a different experience. The food was still good, although my shrimp was cooked to a rubber consistency. When I told the waiter he said, “That happens sometimes.” Other than that, it was quite tasty. As I’m not very familiar with Indian food, we had some questions. The waiter was less than helpful. My queries were met with more questions and a lot of misunderstanding. It wasn’t a horrible experience. The food was very good. It just depends which waiter or waitress you get. Go for the buffet on Wednesday or Sunday. The price is right and the food is great.

This may be the very best restaurant in Columbus. I’m talking Food Network quality. Get this, The lunch buffet is 799 and dinner is 1299 on certain days. I challenge you to find a better food the variety and the service for a better price. Dave was an excellent waiter and the chef was kind when I briefly spoke to him. Soon you will not be able to get in this location, it will be just too busy
