This is THE destination bakery in the region for any type of food intolerances. They accommodate a wide range of dietary preferences from kosher, vegan, soy free, keto, and paleo, and everything is gluten-free. This place has a very mom-and-pop atmosphere and the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and passionate, and are willing to answer any questions. The servings are generally on the smaller side and prices are higher than the average bakery, but worth it if you value quality and a guarantee that the products are as advertised. I’m 100% confident that people with food intolerances can eat here safely, without any risk of cross-contamination.

I was just driving along and saw a sign – gluten free and vegan bakery. Are you kidding me? Immediately pulled over. And it was so worth it! If you have allergies or preferences and struggle with food this is your place. Matthew helped me out and answered all my questions and reassured me about all my allergies and guided me on what was safe for me and even checked on one particular allergen for me and I am so happy. It tastes like real bread! Like the good stuff from when I was a kid. I’m overjoyed. He said they can do custom things, just call ahead to let them know what I’m looking for and they can guide to what is safe and I’m just so happy. I will be ordering a birthday cake from them and any time I get the chance, I’ll be buying gf vegan from here. I love Joey’s Home Bakery!!!!!!!!

What a great find! Free samples of products from kind workers. Every kind of baked good you could want. The Gluten Free sourdough and varieties of loaf breads were very tasty! Chocolate cake was excellent. Would love to return to try more items!

Yum! I tried several items- cookies, muffins, and macaroons! I was helped promptly and was given a pamphlet of the goods they offer. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! GF, Keto, and Vegan. It’s hard to hard sugar free options anywhere, and this bakery has quite a lovely list of options!

I was visiting Florida on my birthday and a friend sent me a gift card to go to Joey‘s to get some carrot cake. I went home with a small suitcase filled with gluten-free goodies, including cornbread, and an absolutely unbelievable soda bread. The soda bread is out of this world! It has a tender crust and raisins. It toasts beautifully and it’s delicious with some butter and a little sprinkle of salt.

An impressive array of gluten-free baked goods, however, the young mop top behind the counter was the rudest young man I’ve ever encountered in food service. His smug, impatient attitude disgusted us, so we left without buying anything.

Great bakery for people who have food sensitivities and/or want to eat less processed foods. It was our first time, so we grabbed quiet a few items and so far everything has been delicious. Excited to find a place for bagels and breads, but also incredible cakes and sweets that are guiltless and we can actually enjoy without fear of getting sick.

THE BEST gluten free/vegan bakery I’ve ever been to. Everything we tried was absolutely incredible. The staff was so welcoming that it actually caught us off guard. Victor was kind and professional with his help.
