Good small sushi place with some other options like Udon Noodle soup and Ramen. The sushi contained quite a big amount of rice and the amount of salmon or other ingredients was rather small, still tasted very good though but for the price you could maybe expect a little more. The service was very nice though.

I visited Simply Sushi in December 2025. The service personally provided by the owner Freddi was very friendly, courteous and competent, and the food was excellent. As he lived 4 years as a cook in Tokyo, Freddi is a true expert in authentic sushi cuisine. I highly recommend this place and would certainly return when in the Interlaken area.

Love this small restaurant! Whenever I‘m in Interlaken I have Sushi at Simply Sushi. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. Staff is also very attentive and welcoming. Definitely worth to visit!
