My husband and I have been coming back to this ramen place multiple times, the truffle ramen is our favorite, we have been wanting to try their other food but whenever we go we cannot not order the truffle ramen lol! The pork bun, california roll and karaage chicken is also really good! They also just changed their system into ordering through a kiosk and we can noticeably tell the service has been faster including serving the food!

They offer tasty food, but it’s lost some of its charm since the new kiosks showed up. They also got rid of the soup-less bowl, my favorite.

Silverlake Ramen in Tempe was a great find! I had the spicy shoyu ramen with pork, and it really delivered. The noodles were solid—soft but not soggy, great texture all around. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the pork was super tender and packed with flavor.

It’s not your traditional Japanese-style ramen—it came with a lime wedge and jalapeño, which gave it a unique twist. Still, it worked! I got the combo with chicken karaage (crispy and juicy) and a tuna hand roll (fresh and tasty).

Portions were solid, service was quick, and the vibe was relaxed. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into ramen with a little twist.

We came in and hear no greet, the server was mean they just slammed the appetizer on our table without saying a thing. Later during mid eating the other was come and ask us w aggressive tone voice, “ are you guy done, I will take always some plate” while we still try to finish our food. Overall food was good but the server was not it. Not recommend there other ramen place around here

Have been here multiple times. We love this place. We usually get the combo, blaze ramen and a pork/ chicken bun. Both buns taste really really good. I have also tried the chicken karaage, I think it’s okay, just get the chicken bun if you want fried chicken. The fried chicken in chicken bun tastes so much better and has better texture than the chicken karaage. For ramen, I have tried the blaze ramen and the tsukemen. I liked the blaze ramen better, it’s more flavorful. The pork is amazing. The tsukemen is pretty good, I would still order it if I don’t want to eat something too hot.

This place used to be one of my favorite spots in Tempe, but they recently switched from a traditional restaurant to a kiosk style restaurant. Since then the coziness, comfort, wait time, and service quality has drastically dropped, with prices remaining the same as a traditional sit-down spot! Very disappointed to see these changes and will unfortunately not be coming back nearly as much.

Literally the best ramen place in Phoenix, my boyfriend and I come here at least once a month. Can’t believe this only has a 4 star rating, because the ramen is sooo good and makes this place a 5/5. We love getting the combo and the gyoza is so delicious. Our favorite is the tonkotsu ramen, definitely recommend getting it with pork, which is so tender. I would say I wish they did have a smaller size for the ramen, since it is a large and generous portion.

My Ramen journey continues. This time, I went to Silverlake Ramen. I have to say, their ramen was okay, not much flavor, but the piece of pork in the Ramen and the egg was absolutely delicious. I also got karaage and pork buns, which did not disappoint, very flavorful, and the karaage was so well cooked and not too thick, just perfect.

As someone who’s been dining in a variety of Ramen shops for close to 15 years I have to say I very much enjoyed the quality and Taste at Silverlake Ramen. I got the Shoyu on Fire and Chicken Karaage combo. Very nice level of spice and chicken Karaage was amazing. Very moderately priced for the amount of food you get. Will def be back.

Just left here.. my rating is really a 3.5

The Good:

The drinks were excellent . We had a spicy margarita and the Chu-hi (green apple) very good. Everything was fresh. The place was pretty spacious. We had a great waiter (Micah). Honestly, everyone we encountered had a great attitude. People friendly. The appetizers were very good. The portion sizes were very good.

The Bad:

Ramen Liquid base was lacking flavor. It was a lacking an identity. You have to buy a lot of sides. Which I feel a lot of the sides should have automatically been in the base of the soup. I really had to add all my sides and soy sauce for the liquid base to actually have flavor. For the price of the items I’m expecting the flavor to already be there.

* Parking is very tight there’s a lot going on within that parking lot a lot of places sharing that one place. Uber may be best

Overall, I liked what I had, but I also had to add a lot of sides and soy sauce to give some flavor. My rating is based off the fact that the liquid base just wasn’t developed, wasn’t sensational. Everything else was cool.
