I have been ordering from Sicily Pizza for almost 6 years now. I made an order a couple of months ago & I was told that they have new owners & they don’t accept the “cherry” cards anymore. I placed an order today & again I was told that they are under new management so I couldn’t use the coupons that are attached to the menu. First the guy who took my order said that he would honor the coupon & then he said no. I was quoted $22.30 with everything (pie, mozzarella sticks & a 2 liter bottle of soda). The delivery driver came & my bill was $32.35. I called them back & said that the guy told me that my &15.95 dinner is now $22.30. Where did $32.35 come from? They said that there is a delivery charge now-which the NEW menu (with attached coupons) doesn’t state. Very disappointed with the service. I’ll be looking for a new pizza place.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Staff is very rude and would not correct their mistake. Plenty of good restaurants around. Spend your money elsewhere.

Moved to Garfield about 8 months ago. Tried this place on a whim one night and boy am I glad I did. Great entrees and at great prices. Chicken Frances is always my Go-TO. Not a big fan of the pizza here – but I’m a bit particular, so I am not the best to leave a review for that. Friendly service and always punctual. I order here once or twice a month.

The food is very good, but we got the wrong soda and it was kind of a bigger deal than it should have been by the pizza place. Ordered via Slice, and ordered a Sierra Mist but Pepsi was delivered to us instead. The delivery person gave us the Pepsi even though we said we didn’t order it. So, we called the pizza place to have it fixed and they were so confused and eventually they did send us a sprite. It also seemed like it was our fault thay they didnt have the right drinks listed online… Hmm.. The Sicilian pizza is very good but the soda thing was just very weird. I felt like we were getting blamed for their mistake. Again, the food is very good but the customer service seemed a little off and they didn’t really pay attention to what beverage we actually ordered. It was really not that big of a deal to us that the soda was wrong, but I felt not valued when they were speaking to us, like we were bothering them.

Sicily Pizzeria & Trattoria make the best pizzas and wings! Their pizzas are cooked to perfection and their wings are nice and crispy. Their food is always fresh and the place is clean. Highly recommend!

Placed an order for takeout tonight and decided to try this place for the first time – ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and pasta primavera with gnocchi and marinara sauce (since it listed 3 sauce options). When my husband went to pick up the food, not only had they run out of cheese pizza, when he brought the food home, my order was completely wrong. It just plain pasta with marinara sauce – which is super annoying because we paid extra for the pasta and vegetables. The pizza my husband got instead of cheese was dry and cold. The rest is the food was ok (and the salad and appetizer we ordered were correct), so that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars, but I wouldn’t order from here again

Ordered from this place for 1st time to try it out… Ordered 1 rice ball, 1 calamari, & 1 chicken parm w/ penne. Waited over 1 1/2 hrs just to receive a COLD rice ball, calamari & penne pasta WITHOUT the chicken parm. I called to report this INCOMPLETE order… Only to be told that they did provide us with everything we ordered… Really? 1st & last time I order from this place.
