Pork BBQ very good. Abundance of food. Liked the BBQ served without sauce. I can put on my own. The place is very noisy. Music way to loud for me. Take out or door dash works better for me.

The brisket was cool, the sides were TERRIBLE, the wings were really crispy and good. Service was good and the sweet tea was delicious. Pretty meh overall. I don’t regret checking them out, but I have no desire to return.

We arrived around 2pm for a late lunch and was seated immediately. It took a while to be greeted by the waitress who was incredibly rude at first. So much so we were going to leave. She was speaking to us as she walked past, interrupted us whole speaking just rude all around. After we ordered though she came back and had a conversation with us and we let it go. But it’s worth mentioning rudeness doesn’t belong in customer service on either side.

Tried Sibley’s for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. We will definitely return. I got the pork sandwich plate with fried okra and potato salad. The hubby got the brisket sandwich plate with corn fritters and mac’n cheese. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was very nice and provided quick service, checked on us often and brought us a few hush puppies to sample when we asked. They are to die for! I will be ordering those next time for sure. They also have a very generous military discount. Thank you!

Food was great especially for the price! Mac & cheese was okay less traditional then I personaly like I could do better and would love to show them a recipe that would knock everyone’s socks off for a low cost as well! Very very good good experience! I had the brisket, mac & cheese, corn fritters, and hushpuppies. Staff was very nice and quick. Definitely going back. Military discount was a plus!
