We found this cute local family owned gator inspired (yes, trimmed by real looking gator hanging on the ceiling) sports bar after searching on Google and decided to try. 4 large tvs turned to football, music from touch tunes jukebox blaring and loud sometimes obnoxious patrons provided the ambiance to our 1st time visit. Well this is a sports bar after all… The hamburger was deliciously juicy and made to order, one of the best Ive had in a while while the grilled chicken salad was quite small but acceptable. The server/bartender was friendly and attentive but the owner and the staff knocking off beers did not provide a good look. The bathrooms were bad.

I came in today, on accident, while I was waiting for my car to be serviced at a nearby dealership. The hospitality was superior and the conversation was fluent and insightful to my taste. The owner and head bar tender made me feel like I had come in there every day for years and when in fact was my first appearance at the establishment. Not only will I come back, but I will refer my experience to all of my friends and colleagues. Wonderful experience here and you are a FOOL to for go this experience. It’s one of a kind.

I was here a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon when passing through. This is more of a bar than a place to eat . . . except it’s a bar with no liquor, only beer/wine. The food was good. I got a burger and a pound of shrimp. The server was also the bar tender. She was nice, cute and attentive. The beer prices were cheap. The food was overpriced for what you actually get. The shrimp came in a paper tray. I’d say there were about 6-7 and there is NO WAY it was a pound of shrimp unless it was frozen in a block of ice when weighed. The burger was good, but not for the price. Unfortunately, I deleted the picture before I had a chance to post this. The biggest downside here is the smallest and dirtiest bathrooms I’ve seen in a place that serves food. There was no way to dry your hands in the men’s room ( I mean to dryer, no paper towel dispenser, no nothing. You had to go to bar and grab a paper towel on the way out. There is no toilet seat, someone broke it off. With all that and the loudmouth drunk that sat at the last table by the bathroom, I definitely would skip this place unless you are a local and like all of the above.

Took a ride from Daytona to the Gulf. Just happened upon this restaurant. Wow what a great place. Food was beyond all expectations. The owner was very accommodating to our group. The fast friendly service was more than we could have hoped for. Will definitely eat here anytime I’m around Ocala. Bonus the owner is 1 of the most beautiful women Florida has to offer, and very funny to boot.
