Great experience!! Cool atmosphere and AMAZING staff!!! Menu is based on what they have left of what they’ve made for the day. Tried everything and was NOT disappointed. We’re from out of town and they even took the time to give us local places to hang out outside of the tourist traps. We went for lunch and it was so good, went back in the morning. Who doesn’t love smoked meat ANY time of day! Thank you so much for the awesome hospitality and amazing food! Hope to see this business PROSPER so we can come back on our next trip down here!

The brisket sandwich was solid, and so was the pulled pork sandwich. My fav was the jalapeño cheddar links though. Good sides; potato salad, Mac & cheese, slaw, corn bread were all good too. Even the banana pudding was tasty.

Best BBQ in Nashville!!! we love the pulled pork & the brisket. I crave the dill pickle tater salad every day. this is a must go to place!!! the hours are only lunch time & they sell out fast- so get there early!!! the owner and staff are phenomenal people. it’s local and worth the hype!

The Texas Trinity is something special. They gave us some excellent fatty brisket from the point. Both sausages were great, but that cheddar and jalapeño sausage is a thing of beauty. Ribs were delicious and still had enough chew to them. Best BBQ in Nashville, and it’s not remotely a close call!

Coming from Texas, I can’t say it’s the best bbq I’ve had, but it’s definitely on par and deserves a seat at the table. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food but the options are awesome as well. Ribs were excellent. Sides were amazing as well along with the portions imo. Brisket needed a little more smoke and could’ve been more juicy, but still very good. If you’re from Tennessee and want some good Texas bbq, this place will not disappoint.

We normally don’t eat much bbq out. Very hard to find good executed bbq. Today was the day we did it and left very pleased. Everything was very good. The Spicy hominy casserole was awesome. Ribs were fantastic sausage was great! Brisket wasn’t dry or over smoked. Very pleased. Will be back when we are in town.

This is some of the best brisket you will get east of Texas!! Their cheddar jalapeño sausage isn’t anything to forget about as well! The only thing I can mention is, you should get there early to make sure they don’t run out and they definitely will every day!!
